I am writing regarding my experience with Tilly McKie. she has been a star in helping myself prepare for my assessment with Pareto.

She has made a much appreciated effort to provide myself with the tools and advice needed to succeed in my assessment, and hopefully kick-start my sales career.

Tilly Mckie was absolutely helpful in preparing me for my assessment centre.

Harvey at Pareto was incredibly supportive throughout the process. He gave me the confidence to move forward with each stage, regularly checking in, offering valuable advice, and helping me prepare for the assessment centre. He was down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely invested in my success, which made a big difference in my confidence on the day. I truly appreciate his help!

I recently completed a job assessment with Pareto, and although it was a full-day experience, I genuinely enjoyed it. Tilly McKie was incredibly helpful, communicating effortlessly and ensuring I was well-prepared for the day. Her guidance gave me confidence, and I’m happy to say I was successful! Pareto is great! Tilly was very helpful from the start, always checking up to see how I was getting on in preparation for my assessment day and spent time to help me improve and build my confidence for the day- ultimately helping me get the job.

I was so nervous for the assessment day but Evie was super helpful and understanding. She gave me a confidence boost and knew I could it. I was successful in the day and I am so grateful she was able to help me.

I had a fantastic experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Katherine guided me through the assessment day, providing clear advice and support that helped me feel confident. After successfully passing the assessment, Levi and Laura Bailey were incredibly proactive in helping me find job opportunities and securing interviews. Laura was especially helpful, offering valuable guidance that ultimately led to me landing a role in tech sales.

The level of support I received was second to none. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for career opportunities!

After 1.5 years bouncing between temporary work and unsuccessful applications, Pareto helped to kickstart my career.

If you can get through the assessment day, it goes fast from there. After the assessment on Wednesday, I received three follow-up interviews on Thursday, and a job offer on Friday.

Tom Jackson was a brilliant help through the first stage of the process, he guided me to the assessment. After the assessment, Rebecca Iggulden took over my case and effectively rounded up the admin to finalise my employment; she was friendly, effective and efficient. With her help, we were able to secure a role for me within 48 hours of completing the assessment. If that's not efficiency, I don't know what is.

Brilliant prep work and help from the lovely Katherine Alexander, grateful for all she did for me! Lovely personality yet professional! Thank you!!

The day ran over by almost two hours and the proposed company was not an equal opportunity employer. Comments from employer included “lads why did you sit back and let the girls talk?” and in my one to one interview I was asked “as a woman how will you cope in a male dominated environment? I can’t be there to defend you all the time”.

Absolutely disgusting. Better vetting required by Pareto. I was offered to be part of the Pareto team on the day but absolutely no follow up was given. A complete waste of time.

After Applying for a job I was contacted by A who was AMAZING and made me feel appreciated and prepared for the assessment day. After passing the assessment day I was introduced to my now employer and I am so happy with where I landed because my new employers are supportive of my new career in sales. My issue comes with the communication regarding after the assessment day. For a company trying to support people new to sales, specifically young people new to the workforce, i felt that L who placed me in my role just needed to take a beat and remember that people like myself are not aware of how fast paced the sales world is. When being offered a role it would be handy if they also knew about other opportunities i am being put forward for within pareto even in other teams so i could be fully informed. At the end of the day I am in the right role for me but I did question it to begin with due to the interaction with L.

Edit - after speaking to the agent and expressing my grievances i have felt like i have been heard and my feedback taken on board. Again, I am so happy with where i ended up so big thank you to the agent that made it happen.

Very pro-active and helpful which got me a job within 2 weeks. Zoe and Shakira were very professional and supportive however some contacts were very pushy for a decision considering I had only been offered 2 jobs 2 hours before. How am I supposed to make such an important decision so quickly?

Pareto offer a very proactive recruitment process and supply insightful feedback from interviews/ assessment days. Zoe Beechinor and Jack Chamberlain were particularly helpful with their advice.
