Twenty miles away but the package went all the way to Redditech and then Reading, sorry this isn't saving the environment.

We sent your parcel via UPS and according to the tracking, your order went to their local depot in Weybridge, then via Reading to you. I understand your concern that this is not a direct route and therefore an unnecessary waste of resources, fuel etc., but they route deliveries in the most efficient way to minimise the amount of fuel used per parcel. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver your parcel on Monday, for which we apologise.
