not refunding after receiving the package i've sent back.

Bed quality and package arrive whenever they want

They took 2 month to ship goods and required me to pay 28€ to return the shoes. They received the shoes as proven by FedEx but stall and don't refund for 60 days now. I am taking legal action and my lawyer noted that they don't really care as they are actually sitting in China - not Paris! Its a virtual office shared with restaurants and law firms in Paris, while actual China-based dropshipping operations source cheap goods falsely marketed as "Parisian luxury"

Worst experience. Ordered to try ahead of a trip, and they couldn’t fulfill for weeks. Asked to cancel and they declined. Delivery will now be when I’m out of town for a month. Avoid at all cost.

Ive placed an order almost 2 months ago. They sent it out after 2 weeks. The quality of the products were very low compared to what you’ve paid. Furthermore there were no size tag on them and of course even though Ive ordered size L, they were so small and since there is no tag one cannot identify ( no idea how they knew it was L). BUTT It actually starts from here when you want to return. First of all the return process is so annoying, they want you to take a picture of products and send them etc. Eventually I sent them and I checked it out. They arrived them at 03.10.2025. Since then I never heard from them, they dont reply and process my refund…

There’s no way to know for sure when your packages will arrive. In my case, two separate packages showed up one after the other more than a month after I placed my order. Only part of my order arrived; the rest is still pending because it’s out of stock.
I ordered two identical dresses in different colors, same size, but they have different measurements. On top of that, one of them wasn’t even stitched properly.
They claim to guarantee quality products, but I wasn’t home when the package arrived and was contacted by “Shein” customer service. I never intended to buy from Shein, but okay.
One of the clothes is fine, it fits well, but overall that’s not enough for what you pay. The service is slow and unreliable, which really discourages you from purchasing again. It’s a real shame. In the meantime, I’m still waiting for the remaining items...

bought the product on September 6, 2025, but it still hasn’t been shipped, and I haven’t received a refund. Maybe this company is cheating its customers.

The products didn't look like they did on the website so I then placed a return where they sent me a form etc. I returned it with a royal mail tracking number and they have stopped replying and won't process my refund. Terrible quality and service.

They scammed me, i paid but they didn’t send anything, if you had the same problem please contact me privately i am working with my lawyer to close their profiles and website from shopify, report to Instagram the profile and to shopify the website, send me a private message and i will work on it for free

Scam! Finally received my parcel after 4 weeks. 2 out of the 3 items arrived, both shocking quality asked for a return for a refund and now won’t accept my return request. Not answering back to the 4 emails I have also sent either. Stay well clear, a massive scam.

i ordered from the website and its taking more than a month for them to send and they keep sending like some delivery issue emails... DONT ORDER

this is a classic scam pattern. They lure new buyers in, reply fast before you pay, then ghost you afterward. Since you already placed an order and they disappeared, pretending to be a new customer can be a tactic to force them to respond but scammers rarely refund willingly.

After I made a payment they ghosted me, but they still replied to my friend who was pretending to be a new customer

My order never arrived got an email from Parijan to say sorry because they don t have the product yet so they give me a small discount voucher , The products are low quality with mid quality price don't BUY IT RUN

This is not a real brand, just cheap products from China with the tags cut off. The items look completely different from the photos. The delivery took a very long time, and the quality is terrible — definitely not worth the price. There’s nothing that sets these products apart from regular Chinese goods, except the inflated price.

Clothes aren’t of great quality, lots of marketing hype but the product then doesn’t match up to the idea of quality that they’re portraying.

Returns have been an utter nightmare after not agreeing with the quality of goods, I was initially offered 15% off instead of a return. Had to escalate for a return and now it’s been over 4 weeks since that was done with no money returned.

Wouldn’t recommend, not trustworthy.

Extremely untrustworthy company. I cancelled my order immediately and received written confirmation, yet they shipped it anyway. The return has been with them since September 1st, but they are refusing to issue the legally required refund, hiding behind excuses.

Even worse, in the PayPal dispute they submitted a tracking number that actually proves they already received the return — clearly hoping PayPal won’t notice. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, and my lawyer (covered by legal insurance) is already prepared to take action if this is not resolved.

Avoid this seller at all costs.

I had the worst experience ever with Parijan. I placed an order almost three months ago, and till now I still haven’t received it. First, they sent me the wrong order, then promised to resend the correct one via express delivery—but nothing ever arrived.

Every time I contact their customer service, I only get copy-paste fake replies like “we will escalate” or “we are checking with logistics,” but absolutely no real action is taken. The tracking is outdated, and they never give a proper update.

No genuine company makes a customer wait this long without resolving the issue. At this point, it feels like a scam website designed to take money and drag things endlessly.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly advise others not to trust or order from Parijan unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience.

ordered from Parijan because they market themselves as a luxury clothing brand using “real materials.” Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what they promise.

First, it took three months for my order to arrive, which is unacceptable for any brand, let alone one claiming to sell luxury products. When the items finally showed up, the quality was extremely disappointing. The clothing feels cheap, more like fast-fashion imports than anything close to luxury. The sizes were inconsistent and unreliable, making it impossible to get a proper fit.

Overall, Parijan presents itself as a high-end brand, but in reality, the products are poorly made and not worth the time or money. I would strongly caution others against ordering from them.

Bought in total 6 products from them and not even a week in hade they sent out the package to me.
After fighting for my order over a week I said enough is enough and cancelled the order even speaking to the VP nothing help.
So for you own sake don’t buy there.

Well, I had high hopes for these clothes and while some of them look good the quality is not very good and the sizing is way off. My husband is 61 average size average weight. We got extra large and it's definitely more of a medium. Very small. Not true to size. So I'm going to initiate a return and we'll see how that goes. I'll come back and give another review after that.
