Further to my 2 previous posts.. despite writing to the parking company on 2 separate occasions they have failed to compensate me for my out of pocket expenses. They don’t even respond to my emails.... See more

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Was given details to park at Holiday inn. No one there. No answer on the mobile number provided we tried for 45 minutes. In fear of missing our flight we had to make a new booking with purple parking which cost £175 . Be careful this company i believe is scamming people. Wish id read reviews earlier
Complete scam
Complete scam. Now fighting a £170 demand for payment for a ticket when I was parked with them. A##holes.
Would give this 0 if possible
Would give this 0 if possible. Shuttle bus not running so told to get a taxi that would be refunded. No refund given at the time and flat out no response from email. 5 months later no refund.
AVOID - NEVER GOT PICKED UP
If I could give this zero then I would! I went through Compare Your Parking and used Park at Airport Ltd.
I arrived at a disused hotel homing asilum seekers, with graffiti all around saying 'get out'. I parked on the grass adjacent. The site wasn't secure. On arrival I paid an additional £6 each way for transfers.
On return, the transport never arrived, as they didn't have any drivers! I was told to get an Uber back to the hotel, which cost £33, and that they would transfer the funds within 4-5 days. After 6 weeks, 3 emails, and 2 phone calls I have still not received the funds.
My advice would be to avoid any of these companies and pay the extra £20 and stop in the airport car parks.
Scam company!!
Scam company!!! Do NOT use!!!!!!
On top of their charges (you get more charges from them when you turn up), you will get a parking fine from the place where you drop off the car for parking. And when picking up. So £200 extra charge on top of using this company.
Do NOT use under any circumstances!!!!! On day of using company, they had moved to Crowne Plaza Heathrow instead of Holiday Inn.
They burst my tyre
They gave me my car back with a burst tyre and then have been ignoring me and refusing to reimburse me 220 for the repair. Can anyone help me escalate this and sue them?
Drop off location changed
Drop off location changed, only notified when we called 20 mins before drop off. Drop off at old hotel car park.
Collection a nightmare, called once clear at 16.15, eventually collected at 17.40 after numerous phone calls, only to find out collection driver had only got the call at 17.20. Don`t use this lot!!!!
Ulez charge
I booked to leave my car and was directed to an abandoned hotel carpark. This felt very unsafe for a woman on her own. I was greeted by 2 Indian men operating from a car boot. I did not feel safe. When I returned home from holiday I had received 2 ulez charges when my car had been in their care. The company refused to pay them. Please do not use these cowboys.
please do not use the company no matter what they promise.
This company is a rip off and please do not use them. On the day of parking we were directed to a different place to park. Which was basically a mud bank behind what looked like a closed hotel. I was already worried. Then we were told the transfer driver ( only one) was stuck in traffic and we were advised to get an uber. In the return they failed to answer and then when they finally sneered we were told the driver was stuck in traffic and advised to get an uber. The car was at yet another seedy location. So it costs much more and there was only one driver and they aren’t reliable and are basically running what I believe is a scam. I’ll pay more and use a reputable car parking firm next time.
Incompetent rubbish - AVOID
Drop off was a construction site behind a dodgy truck stop. No lighting, no office and no one on site when i arrived. After many calls eventually someone arrived with no paperwork. If i had any other option i would have left immediately and parked somewhere else. Took over 1 hour to get from my car to the terminal.
On the return it took me 2 hours and 20 minutes from calling the "shuttle" to picking up my car.
Incompetent rubbish - PLEASE AVOID
Avoid
Only giving one star as I can’t have zero.
Had a text as we approached giving a different postcode to go to, which turned out to be a disused hotel car park with loads of boards round it, Very concerned at leaving the car to a man operating out the back of a van, the receipt given for the keys was a piece of paper ripped off the end of a piece of A4. Charged £6 transfer each.
On return shuttle was apparently in for a service so told to get an uber and to tell the driver we would only pay £12, the taxi cost £17 and we are yet to receive our refund. Got the car back, (shuttle was parked up not at the garage as told) which had additional miles (we took a photo prior to holiday) both front seating pushed back and reclined, steering wheel dropped (all very boy racer style) forward facing camera disconnected, one of the exhausts damaged.
Since getting home we have received a parking ticket for £100 from Park Maven and had to replace a tyre (£190) as a bolt has gone through and been driven flat. Car was 2 days old when we dropped it off. Surprise surprise we can’t get hold of anyone to resolve
We booked this car parking through…
We booked this car parking through compareyourparking.co.uk as we were flying via London Heathrow. We received a text on the day saying the car park had moved locations, which started to make us feel concerned already. Having no other option at the time we preceded to the destination and arrived at the back of crown plaza which looked very abandoned and shady. We were confused and unsure if we had arrived at the correct place. Another car was also in the same situation as us as there was no clear sign posting to the car park. It took us a while to work out where we were meant to go as the phone number we rang didn't answer so this took up a lot of our time. Eventually when we found the correct place and parked up, we hovered around wondering if we actually had found the right place and then we were approached by 2 Asian men handing us our parking ticket and saying about paying for the £12 transfer fee for both ways. They were working out the back of their car which instantly felt very dodgy, and had a card machine to pay the fee, the other people that were also parking there questioned why they were working out the back of the car and if they had an office, they said they were in the process of changing offices. We then had to hand over our key, which felt uncomfortable however this was in the agreed terms and conditions of booking which we hadn't noticed. We took photos of our car before giving the keys. They said the car would be moved to one of their compounds which again felt a bit strange. we were transferred via a mini bus to the airport and told to contact them on return to be picked up. We did this and we were picked up after waiting about 30 mins. We got to our car and noticed it looked very dirty on the outside, covered in mud and leaves and bird poo so god knows where it was parked but it is filthy, we haven't noticed any damage however we had energy drinks in our car for the journey back which were not there on return- we flagged this to the 2 guys who just looked at us and apologised, yes luckily nothing valuable had been taken as we left nothing in the car but quite baffling that these had been taken!
The service in itself worked well however had a very dodgy and uncomfortable feel to it and lacked professionalism which would definitely mean we would not recommend parking here and will absolutely avoid using this service again.
COMPANY LOST KEYS
COMPANY LOST KEYS
Probably the worst company I have ever used in my life. Appalling service and car keys lost. Cars are not kept in a secure car park, but an abandoned building site - cars parked out of site, on top of fallen trees etc. Absolutely insane experience. Do not use.
Avoid
Like all other reviews, my experience was negative. About one minute before getting to the Holiday Inn car park at Heathrow I received a text telling me to go to another location - an empty hotel with hoarding all around it - which looked dirty and dodgy. Just a few blokes in a car telling you where to park and asking for keys. I worried about my car for the whole 2 weeks I away. There was also no shuttle bus to the airport as promised so we had to get an Uber. Avoid.
If I could give half a star
If I could give half a star - it would be too much!
I booked Park at Airport / Parking4You for my trip from Heathrow through a comparison site, and it turned into an absolute nightmare.
After leaving my car and keys at their so-called “secure” site (Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 J4), I later received a Parking Charge Notice for that same car park — while I was away and they had full custody of my vehicle.
They failed to register my car correctly with the hotel’s parking system, ignored over 40 phone calls when I tried to get picked up on return, and were completely unreachable when I tried to resolve it.
It took weeks of chasing, multiple formal complaints, and help from Citizens Advice before the situation was finally corrected — by other companies, not them.
If you value your time, sanity, and money, avoid this company completely. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and operate in a way that leaves customers vulnerable to fines and stress.
I wish I'd read the reviews before we…
I wish I'd read the reviews before we used. Clearly a dodgy set up and they didn't collect us from the airport so now chasing a refund for the taxi we had to get. DO NOT USE, BOOK THROUGH AIRPORT DIRECTLY.
AVOID THIS "COMPANY" !!!!!!!!!!
AVOID THIS "COMPANY" !!!!!!!!!!
I booked airport parking through parkatairport.co.uk and had one of the worst experiences ever. After booking, they sent me an address but when I arrived, there was no sign of the company or a car park. I called them, and they told me I was at the “wrong location.” A staff member then texted me a different address, about 8 minutes away, which turned out to be a dodgy-looking car park with no office, no signage, and a couple of men waiting in a car.
They asked me to leave my car key “in case of fire,” which made no sense nobody should be moving cars during a fire, and my insurance would cover that anyway. When I returned from my trip, I discovered that they had moved my car without permission. When I questioned it, they admitted it was because “we have two more car parks, this one is overflow.” If the car park is full, they shouldn’t keep accepting bookings.
They also offer an “airport transfer,” but it’s completely unreliable. You’re told to call 30 minutes before, which I did — and we still ended up waiting over an hour for a driver to show up. The staff were rude, dismissive, and lied repeatedly, saying “5 more minutes” when clearly it wasn’t true.
Another major red flag: they tell you to remove any GPS, SatNav, or AirTag devices from your car. After seeing how they secretly move cars between locations (up to 20 miles away by their own admission), it’s obvious why. They don’t want you tracking your vehicle. And of course, they won’t cover the petrol they use while driving it.
This company is unprofessional, unregulated, and extremely dodgy. They move customers’ vehicles without consent, lie about locations, and treat customers with zero respect. I strongly advise avoiding Park At Airport Ltd or parkatairport.co.uk entirely.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Absolutely shocking service. I left my car with Park At Airport Ltd (who work out of the back of a van in a Holiday Inn car park, crammed full of cars bumper to bumper) while I was away, only to come back and find a parking fine issued during that time — at a different address to their car park. This means they had been using my car without permission. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and a total breach of trust. Avoid this company at all costs.
I have reached out to them twice regarding this matter and have received no response. I am currently in the process of pursuing this further.

We dropped our car off in a packed bay of the Holiday Inn carpark where men were trying to manoeuvre cars in and out where there really wasn’t enough room. The company operates out the back of a van in the carpark. We left our key and car hoping it would be safe. Our mini bus transfer was shared with another couple who had returned from the airport but their car was not in the Holiday Inn bay. The mini bus than drove us to a deserted, baron looking compound with no security to go get their car. This in itself made us worried about the safety of our car because of the lack of secure parking. It also meant that we were delayed being transported to the terminal but the driver couldn’t have cared less and got out of the bus to continue his telephone conversation for another 5 minutes. On return the pick up time was around 30 minutes with no specific instructions on where exactly we’d be collected. On return to the carpark we were relieved our car was there and intact. However, we have since received a parking ticket from a parking company as the car had been at the Holiday inn carpark for too long on the day of collection despite me putting on the booking form the time we would return. Having contacted Park at Airport they gave me a number to call which was answered by “Jay” - he wouldn’t give his surname or the company he worked for but said he was the landlord of the carpark so he was able to cancel the parking fine. Let’s just hope it has been cancelled and that we won’t receive any further demands for money. All in all this whole operation is shoddy, scammy, not safe and I would not recommend to anyone
OUR CAR WAS STOLEN!
🚨 WARNING – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS 🚨
Our car was stolen while in the care of Park At Airport Ltd and their behaviour since has been nothing short of disgraceful.
When we returned to Heathrow, we spent hours trying to contact them. Between 22:00 and 23:30 we made over 40 calls, most of which were cancelled by the company. When we finally got through, we were given a series of inconsistent stories – first that our car was locked in a unit they didn’t have keys for, then that they had lost our car key. The following morning, the manager told us the car “hadn’t been stolen” but that they didn’t want to “ruin our holiday” by telling us the truth. Hours later, they suddenly changed their story and claimed the car had been stolen.
Since then, their response has been appalling:
No response for weeks to our calls and emails.
Refusal to provide insurance details.
Incredibly rude behaviour – my wife was laughed at down the phone when asking for help.
Completely untrustworthy – their accounts keep changing and they have shown zero accountability.
On top of this, it is clear their reputation is artificially inflated. Their high ratings on comparison sites are padded with fake reviews – our experience shows the reality is very different.
This is not just poor service – it is a company that should never be trusted with your vehicle. If you value your car, your money, and your peace of mind, do not use Park At Airport Ltd.
