Terrible company - greedy and have no desire to look after owners
If only I can give them a minus star they have got to be the worse company I have ever been with , sharkdean they should be called give nothing back to the owners well they will suffer now as soon as this lockdown is over I will be selling up , I hope the fat cats are happy now !!!
DO NOT BUY YOUR HOLIDAY HOME FROM PARKDEAN. Their after sales is terrible having to chase them around for repairs that should have been done before moved to an over priced waterlogged pitch, now due to covid-19, they refuse to refund or deduct 4 mths of the over priced pitch, which are no allowed to use taken my money for services which I cannot use They have literally ignored owners trying to make contact. 22,000 owners have been treated unfairly!!!

Do not buy a caravan from this mob, treating there owners like dirt, we are the bread and butter that makes and keeps parkdean afloat, and no refund on site fees each month they are closed, I will be selling up as soon as we can get back on park. If your looking to book a break away then book haven holidays. A lot of owners are planning on moving to there for next year.

Extremely disappointed with the management of ParkDean Resorts - what ever they tell you about how they look after their clients is a load of lies and they also advertise things which they will not keep too - i.e. they advertise refer a friend and get a £1000.00 - that is never forthcoming! so don't bother recommending anyone again. Charge very prices for a poor maintenance as the people they employ are not qualified to do the jobs they are sent out to do. Also no reduction offered in site fees this year due to COVID and they have the cheek to say it is because they are under no obligation to do so.!! DONT get involved with them.

As stated on the other pages, Park Dean are interested in nothing but money.
You are promised the world when buying your caravan, however the second you get access to it, you are treat like dog muck, I'm still waiting for basic things I was promised before I got access to my caravan.
The treatment owners have got during the COVID-19 crisis has been disgusting, having to pay full site fees without access to the caravan, then others staying on site partying just because they are friends with the staff, disgusting.
Do not make the worst mistake of your life and buy a caravan from these sharks, you will regret it.
Park Dean are nothing but sharks taking advantage of the current covid situation , they treat their owners unfairly and have gained money but refused to refund owners for lack of use unlike other large companies who have done . They have Owners offered a 30% discount on already over priced and poor quality food and drink. Holiday makers are also getting the short straw too so be warned ,Avoid booking a holiday or buying a holiday home from this company.
Park dean does not run a holiday caravan site that suits use for a holiday.Food poor,service as a when someone has time of day,not very clean,very hit a miss for disabled adults and more important children.Also expensive drinks .
The company is appalling and run by people who show complete disregard to owners. They are just worried about money which has been made clear during this pandemic. Communication poor and very abrubt when received and full of lies. Around £80 million received from owners for fees this year, furloughed staff but still no refund or credit for owners. I would not recommend anyone to buy a caravan off them after the experience of the past few weeks whereas before I would not have hesitated in saying do it.
The staff who work on site though deserve a mention as I have always found them helpful and polite - they just work for a greedy, heartless business which is unfortunate for them.
now I know the lockdown isn't anyones fault BUT park dean have been shallow with their response to 20,000 caravan owners during this time of uncertainty. they blatantly have no respect for the people who are the bread and butter of their business during off peak times. they have refused any refund/compensation even tho the fees paid to them are for use of facilities and rates. which councils have wavered this year. they are happy to sell you the dream of owning a holiday home but that is where their loyalty stops. sadly many families have little or no income at present but park dean still insist on full payments being made, even tho some are struggling to keep their house or put food on the table. if you are thinking of buying a caravan please dont buy from park dean 20,000 angry owners can't be wrong
If you need to buy a holiday home do not choose this company they want your money. Promise you all you need. Butthe aftercare is simply abismal stay away!!!!!
Anyone looking at buying a van on Parkdean resorts site, please DONT, you’ll only end up with years of stress and heartache. Not to mention the financial difficulties you will end up in. You would be sold a van for £40k for example and once you’ve realised you’d made the worst mistake in your life with the empty promises they will offer you £10k if your lucky. They treat owners like something that’s been trodden on, and if you complain they will just say if you don’t like it leave
Don't even bother!! Parkdean treat holiday home owners terribly. They promise the earth and never deliver. They say they're all about family but have treated families terribly during covid 19. They are refusing to refund families despite us being unable to use our holiday homes because they closed the park. This will mean many owners will be unable to manage next year's site fees and they risk losing their holiday home. They don't care that families are struggling during this difficult time as long as they line their pockets. They will probably even increase next year's site fees to cover their own losses!! Many families will not recover from this. No investment has been made on our park for years. We pay over the top for shoddy services. If I could afford to move my caravan I would!!
