These people are absolute pond life.
If you are going to restrict a road for god sake make it visible . How you can justify charging £100 for parking on a public highway without yellow lines just baffles me . i have paid the fine as i cannot waste my life dealing with this type of mentality
Totally unprofessional oufit
One of the worst organisations
One of the worst organisations! Put PCN in front of own house parking area. Didn't consider after providing all evidence. Absolutely gutted!

Got a PCN parked right outside my House. Had a valid permit which I provided in an appeal letter. Appeal was brushed aside as the permit was not visable to the inspector.
They gave me a ticket in the car park
They gave me a ticket in the car park, which is for residents only, which I am a resident. Providing proof of this, with my valid permit, they still refused to revoke the ticket. I understand there polices, but want money for nothing, as for the foreign woman on the phone, clearly doesn't have a conscious, and what goes around definitely comes around. Enjoy your £8p/hr wageeee!

I found the customer service team to be very helpful. They patrol our estate daily and do a great job. The phone is always answered quickly and my queries are always resolved in a. timely manner.

On Friday the 21st of January at…
On Friday the 21st of January at exactly 14.25pm. I had spoken to a member of staff who has been given a opportunity to provide a service to the general public with limited vocabulary and understanding of the English language . Yet the supervisor has the audacity to insinuate that I was coming across Prejudice as a matter of fact what she should of done was supervise the situation and use empathy by simply realising what service I was receiving I was coming from a place due to a limited communication/service barrier.
And when I complained to the supervisor Emma Watson who then decide to disregard my poor level of service the supervisor then became extremely unprofessional she does not allow you to speak , she speaks to customers in a rude manner she is condescending and passive aggressive. I mentioned that I felt intimidated by the tone and in the way she spoke to me and she continued to antagonise me and kept insinuating that I was raising my voice rather then allowing me to finish my sentence without disruption. I was trying to explain to her that I could not understand her previous colleague but instead it fell on deaf ears. The whole reason why I contacted was to discuss my outstanding ticket in which I have currently paid for in full price. In regards to that matter, I still do believe that plenty was unfair as I received the ticket that was issued on the 22nd of December and I then received it via 2nd class by Royal Mail on the 15th of January 2022. Meaning that I automatically missed the discounted grace period to pay and when I used the website to appeal there was no section to give myself an opportunity to provide evidence I also had taken screenshot of the website having crashed. Till this moment I firmly do believe that the ticket that was handed to me was unfair as there were no signs of no parking is permitted at that time as it was not visible where I parked and it could be misconceived it was free to park. However, after my ticket had been issued to me the road sign which indicates that parking is not permitted has been recently been added I have photos to provide for evidence to support my complaint of the before and after changes as I believe that I deserve the same opportunity and awareness of the new markings that the rest of the general public used to be warned about. I am sure that people do not make the same mistake as I have due to the improved awareness and the risk of a fine. I will provide pictures showing how much information was provide compared to how the markings have changed currently.

Received two parking tickets for my car with original number plate. Photos taken a week apart. Only problem is my car was in Scotland with my new registration plate on it. I even have photographic evidence. Their telephone number doesn’t connect and have no email address. Posted back my demand to them stating this. They have now sent me demands from Debt Recovery Plus, they are equally bad. Can’t contact them either! Con artists.
Disgusting …
I have no idea why even I have to give them even one star total scum bags rude customer service arrogant and one of the worse I ever dealt with renewal of a parking permit is more an issue with these lot then renewal of a passport absolute disgraceful.
Complete scum
Complete scum! Issued a ticket while doing work on the Water Supply network with Thames Water. Parked in a bay in a quiet estate. Then this rude and abusive pos "Warden" in plain clothes and bandana comes out of nowhere and slaps a ticket on my van. When confronted for his ID he threatened me and when I ignored this and demanded ID he shoved it in my face making content. He has been reported for assault.
Review the service ..Park direct nit trustworthy
I would not give them a star status. Found their service useless and time wasters. Received 2 parking ticket with 4 minutes if each other.... My usual parking spot and no signs saying I was unable to park.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE, TRICKING, SCAMMING and CHASING !!!!
My experience with these Horrible guys:
I was just back from work and parked my car at the front of my shed door in Mortlake to unload some tools and stuff ( on my turn into the street which is behind/next to the building I'm living in ) I saw a car with signs 'Parking Direct UK' with a lady sitting in and obviously watching around ...!! However, I parked my vehicle and started unloading the stuff (I was parked actually less than a meter away from the shed PLUS I'm a Permit Holder and in this particular day I had a PARKING Voucher left clearly on the windscreen - for the whole Richmond area )..!!
Anyway .....the point is Their BEHAVIOR !!!! She - the lady in the car - signed Parking Direct UK OBVIOUSLY has CHASED me and after a few minutes (NO more than 3 MINUTES !!! ) in my shed - I found PCN on my windscreen!!!! So OBVIOUSLY This HORRIBLE lady from PD UK has been waiting for the RIGHT moment to stick the ticket !!!
It's absolutely UNACCEPTABLE ....., Isn't it !!!
