This company has no clue about Equality Act 2010 and disability rights! Disgusting!
Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. 3 parking permits in the space of 2 months for parking outside my own house. Appealed due to scrap company not being able to come on the day expected, with a permit still visible, yet rejected and must pay unless the charge goes up. I dont understand how a tickets can be issued during a national lockdown. Having to pay £180 on the approach to Christmas and having a valid reason. Truly makes you feel like nothing and that nothing can be done.
Unfortunately unfair treatment!
I was issued a parking fine for parking in my own car parking space at a flat I rent. I appealed but wasn't successful as been paid already. Said they don't take into consideration because is paid. With all of that I had my parking permit attached to my car and could be seen. I asked for pictures made on that day with my proper vehicle. They tried to hide by saying that didn't received the latter i've sent, I start arguing as I have the receipt and when I track it saying that they received and signed. The lady tried to get rid of me by saying that she will speak to the office. Been already 2 months and still waiting for the pictures. I am nervous and can't understand why they issue parking fines at places where that vehicle is registered. Unbelievable.

Rude and Incompetent-DO NOT USE THEM
I was issued a parking fine for parking in my own car parking space at a flat I own (I had to purchase the space along with the flat so not cheap). I then appealed this (sent registered post) and heard nothing back so I assumed the matter had been sorted. Over a month later I receive a letter from Park Direct saying they have instructed Debt Recovery as I haven't paid. Crazy as I had no correspondence from them. I replied to this letter a couple of days later and sent it Registered Post. Whilst waiting for a reply from Park Direct I now receive a Debt Recovery letter saying my £60 fine is now £170. Absolutely horrified I call them and basically am told 'we can't do anything-speak to Debt Recovery'. I have never spoken to or dealt with such rude and incompetent people.
Don't kid yourself, do your research.
Never use them unless you want to throw money away. I've never experienced such bad service as well as loss of goods.
Between Park Direct and Wedeal Meet and Greet, I'm not sure who is worse. You book and pay via Wedeal Meet and Greet but when there is a problem they just ignore you. I will never use either company again.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE - HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE -Immaculate Golf GTI damaged and no money back!!
I do not have enough time to put all of the detail in here, but as per the other reviews, the main issues were:
- Unprofessional set up and poor drop off
- Waited for my car return, car was damaged and filthy
- Car had rear bumper damage and needed valeting - mud everywhere
- 25 miles travelled in my car. i took picture of mileage.
- NO customer service. office landline not active. No answer on mobile. Rude staff who were using threatening behaviour in front of my children.
- Driver could speak no English, and left drink bottle and crisp packet inside my car!!
- Compare parking deals comparison site were helpful, but i am £150 out of pocket once i repair the damage.
- Some photos of my car taken at drop off but never seen these to prove the damage was already there (it was not and have photos to prove this)
- Read full terms and conditions (too late as it would of stopped me using them)
- I have reported to trading standards and they responded to say they are under investigation but still operating?
I hope this helps you cancel your booking or avoid in the first place.
This company is a CON
This company is a CON. Received a parking fine for parking at my own gym where I log my reg into the parking computer without fail! Their parking machines are rarely in use. The guy that attends the car park is never around and is usually inside the gym either talking or using the facilities who also admitted that the fine could have been human error!! No customer service from anyone on the phone and just rude. Money making scheme, total con artists. Parking Direct should be fined, not the innocent people!
This company took me to court as I had…
This company took me to court as I had loads of tickets, however, after the court process they kindly reduced the fees and came to a payment plan which i could afford. considering they are a ticketing company, they were very nice to me. I should not have ignored the tickets but i was going through a bad stage and i have now cleared my debt with them.
