It was so confusing. I couldn't find the parking lot I was in but I didn't know if I needed to. This is the dumbest way to pay for parking.
Multiple trips to the kiosk to get the instructions. Had to download the app. Took five minutes to complete. Too many steps. Terrible.
I don't like on how we have to go do it online and the parking be taken forever to get to and download the app it's just kind of weird of how they doing it now I don't really like it but hey if this is the new way on how to go do it than that's going to take some getting used to it and what the new functions are how they doing it makes it kind of convenient but somewhat out of the original way I like the ordinary way by just paying the machine if you ask me it was way easier
I still have been charged a parking violation 68$ . Currently appealing this with receipt sent to email
Entered lot, parked and found sign to create and account and then pay for the time I wanted be parked there. The account set up was very smooth and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, 35 minutes after I set up account and paid for parking, I noticed a parking violation on my windshield. I started clock at 6 pm, my allotted time was until 9 pm, and at 6:32 I had a violation, when I checked my phone, the site said I was set from 6-9 pm. So I am not sure where the disconnect was. I have challenged the violation and am waiting on a reply.
I still got a parking ticket even thought I purchased parking. Now I have to take time out of my busy day to dispute the charges, all because they can’t look in their own system to see we paid. Great use of my time and your resources.
I paid for my parking via the online website provided by the sign in the lot. 40 minutes later I see an attendant placing a citation on my car. Upon challenging the attendant and showing a email receipt for payment he agreed to remove the citation but stated that the system did not show the payment, even though I had a receipt for that payment. Had I not been observant, I would have been force to pay a $65 "ticket". I seems that you system need to be improved since I assume this wasn't intentional. Several others in my party were not as observant as I was and were left with no option but to pay. This is not acceptable.
I paid for my parking online with the QR code provided at the lot and got came back to a ticket on my windshield. I would not recommend using parking.com. They took a picture of my license plate (which matched my payment receipt) and they still wrote a $68 ticket. It was not worth it.
I received a ticket even though I had paid for parking! Terrible service obviously, now I have to dispute this.
For a one time user ( going to a wedding reception across the street) it is inconvenient and time consuming. After signing in and paying I go across the street to my function. My friend and I paid at the same time. We look across the street and your man is about to give us tickets. We go over and he says we do not show as paid and wants to see our receipt. YOUR system is NOT WORKING!!
Another friend who has a truck to unload equipment and has parked in your lot many times in the past got a ticket because he did not see the very small sign by the entrance and paid in the adjacent lot with yellow painted spots. For people that used the lot in the past it is very UNCLEAR!!.
I paid in the machine and it did not print my receipt so I had to pay again using the QR code. I wasn’t happy to pay double.
I was charged twice and not able to get one of the charges back . Made me very unhappy. Would not recommend.
Parking machine never printed ticket. Tried to contact for refund but no one has reached out.
I had no idea the kiosk was down and I paid for that only to have to turn around and scan and pay again
Paid for the ticket but it didn't print out so I had to buy another ticket using the website. 0/10.
The app told me that it didn’t work, so I paid at a meter and then the app still charged me
My regular parking lot switched management companies to this company. It is now $2 more, still not well lit at night, no security and a constant presence of panhandlers once spring hit.
Also, they gave no notice of the new regime so imagine my surprise when one day I find a $71 ticket. No grace period. No explanation. I even have my receipt for that day - it was to the other company. Joy.
