SO EXPENSIVE. 35 dollars for a little over two hours. I had an appointment nearby and couldn’t find street parking anywhere and had no choice but to use a garage.

I could not find it, even with GPS. I went to the 2 closest and tried to scan my QR code. I ended up having to go to another place and paid $39.

You directions for payment are unclear at entry.
You ask to insert a credit card, yet nothing heppens. Then you park and see all the QR code signs. It would be helpful to have clear instructions at entry !

Way too expensive, $36 for 2 hour 50 minutes. Poor signage and confusing instructions for check in / check out. I received 5 text to enter my credit card info and had to continually put CC info in for them to stop texting. Junky and dirty elevator.

Your parking spots are way too small for people with larger vehicles. And it is a f###ing rip off. the end

overall, a nice method of payment, unfortunately I had to pay twice for the same parking lot because there are two entrances and exits to the parking lot and the system opened a barrier at the exit which I did not use. When I made my second exit, I had to manually use the card and pay again to leave the parking l

The signage to tell you how the system works for the first-time user is poor. The gate magically opened up and I thought it was a system error and that I was gaining illegal entry by following the car in front of me. I sat there like an idiot for about 2 to 3 mins before driving in. I signed in with my credit card, which I hate doing on an unprotected server. I wasn't sure what to do to leave, so that was stressful too.
It's a great system for people who are used to breaking the law and not paying. For honest drivers - Not so much.

$37 for 3 hours on a weekday. The website said $20 early bird rate if out before 5pm - we left at 330. No posted rates, no one to ask, no way to know what you're about to get charged. Just a huge parking fee that hits your credit card after you leave. Not great.

The one way traffic is dangerous. Elevators weren't working and I had to use the stairs. When I opened the door there was someone shooting dope and there was poop and clothes all up and down the stairway. The stairwell was unsafe and I was afraid.

This parking garage suffers from one major issue: their elevators. I’ve never felt more fearful of an elevator failing than those at this garage. I go here often, and each time seems like a brush with death. Not only that, but these elevators are *filthy*. Absolutely filthy. The ceilings have trash, air vents with what looks like inches of grime… the floors. Everything about it is truly disgusting. Spots are generally only available on the rooftop, so unless you want to get hit by attempting to walk the ramps (which has no room for pedestrians), you have to make a brush with death using those elevators. I cannot believe I have to use this validated garage to visit Jefferson Hospital Health. It’s close to where I need to go, but otherwise, I would never.

I used my Jefferson prepaid discount QR code and the system still charged me $35.99 for 4 hours of parking. I called your customer service number and they asked me to e-mail your main office. The e-mail I sent at that address bounced, so my issue has not been resolved as yet.

The gates worked quickly and scanning the QR code worked great! Pricing was very reasonable!
