$17 to park for 35 minutes in a crap
hole of a facility. Then, wait for it, a $1.00 service fee added. Every merchant is addicted to the “service fee” it’s a way to get even more cash for NOTHING. There wasn’t a person to be found, just use your phone to get in and out.

There was no signage for pricing so I ended up paying $28 to park for 1 hour. If I had known it would have been that much, I would have not parked there. Plus I had to use my phone in order to park there. I feel like that is a nice option but I don't like that I am forced to do that. Would be better if it was just an option and not the only way to pay. Would not park here again.

Having to use my phone and not just get a ticket was awful. Not having had to do that I was not prepared. Backed up traffic. I had no choice once I was in as I could not back up. Very frustrating.

Keep away. I will never use again. Instructions confusing.

Garage is in very bad condition.
The last time I used this garage was in September 2023 cost was 20.00
November 17 2023 cost was 23.99.
Held together with duct tape.
No clearance signs on ramps!

It was frustrating to have to have a smart phone in order to park. I had originally forgotten to bring my phone but when back home to get it. I would have been extremely upset had I just decided to bot go back and get it and then pulled into a garage only to not be able to park.

Very hard to understand the instruction. Pulled in to get a ticket and of course there was no ticket. Car half on the side walk another waiting in street to come in to parking garage. Finally a security guard was there to explain how it worked. Everyone was having so much trouble. people were getting very upset!

I didn’t get my discount from my jefferson appointment. They wouldn’t give me the code.

I was really happy to find discounted parking only minutes before I needed to park. If I had gone with the posted rate at the garage, I would have paid double for what I was able to get through the app. It worked out quite nicely!

I couldn’t get the app to work to scan me out. This made me 2 minutes late which then charged me for the whole next hour.

Easy to book and pay. GREAT PRICE! EZ to scan to get in.

Convenient & easy to navigate. Security appears to walk the entire building regularly. On departure, guard kindly walked over to exit gate to make sure my payment process (credit card pre-registered) went smoothly. It did!

Even though I accidently printed the ticket they were able to fix it.

My QR code didn’t work when I arrived or tried to leave. I had to pay twice (online and in person).

I was visiting Philadelphia for a wedding. I parked at 733 Chestnut St, the security guard and the banner said $10 on Sundays. Why was my card charged $31.49? I’ve contacted you via email and spoke with a representative only to be forwarded to other numbers to leave voicemails. I am truly unhappy with this experience.
