Elevator wasn’t working and no directions on where to go.

This is the 2nd time I parked there through spot hero and there were issues getting in and out. The scanner didn’t work and there was no one around to help. The gate always seems to be stuck or not work properly. I will not be parking there again it did not feel safe.

I prepaid for the parking without any warning that the elevator was out of service. There was no warning at the entry either. My husband and I are both elderly and have some trouble walking up and down ramps. I would never have parked here if I had known.

I had a great experience with the parking lot. It was easy and faster to manage the payments. Drove in and drove out that simple. It cannot get any better.

I pulled into the garage before 7am. Thinking I would be charged the Early Bird rate of $20. When I left around 1:30. Was charged $36. No indication on signage about how long I needed to have the vehicle there. Never parking there again.

I arrived before 9am and expected to get the early bird special but was charged $35+. There is a penalty for leaving early that was NOT clearly spelled out or I would not have parked here.

Great parking lot right near the diamond district and the Walnut St Theater.

Check in easy. Price is reasonable.
Please fix the elevator. Walking down the ramp is dangerous.

Having to confirm an email cost me a $36 fine.

Very hard to find the correct location. Large signage with street number on it woudl be helpful!

I texted the posted number and received a response but when I went to leave it kept saying that it didn't recognize my car. I had to figure out how to find another exit and piggyback onto the car in front of me.

Very spacious! Not narrow and tight like some parking garages. Will come back!

My daughter went to park there and she left 20 minutes early not realizing she was going to get charged $35.99 instead of the $20 early bird you would think giving a spot up a half hour early would give you more money by letting another vehicle park there you are so wrong and I am so disgusted with your company you can go shove it up your ass
