There was nothing in that lot we parked so we can pay, not even a QR code. We struggled to find it online because the company has so many sites and the one we were at had a address range on the website so we just guessed that was us… it was very time consuming. Please put something there bat the lot on Lincoln in downtown Denver between 18th and 19th streets so people can pay and don’t get fined or towed!

I am able to pay from my car before I park and don't have to hassle with making a payment after I park, when I'm in a hurry to get to work.

Used in Downtown Denver while on vacation.
As a first-time user of this type of parking...
LOVED IT! Just enter your license plate number, phone number, number of hours (wasn't sure, but approximated), used a card, and done. My favorite part
was the text reminder that the time was almost up, and
being able to extend the time!

I had a dispute over a parking violation. Was able to provide proof of my payment and within a couple of days I received a response that the violation was not being pursued. So the fact that I didn't have to fight any further and it was resolved quickly is the reason I gave them five stars

Terrible! I reserved my spot from 8am - 3:30pm and came to my car at 3:00pm to find a $65 ticket that was put on my car at 10:30am! I reviewed the confirmation page I got and confirmed my reservation was 8-3:30pm (saved and can provide). Now I have to go jump through hoops to get this resolved. Very frustrating.

The absolute worst!!! I was charged 2x, made calls and received no response!!!

I paid for parking through your website but it didn’t go through on their end so I ended up with a charge for $9.99 for parking and a parking ticket for $61.

Left my car for a couple days for a convention and had no issue, parking lot is up kept and price is great.

The parking is great! I appreciate the early bird special. I would like the parking zone to be saved in the app. That would be helpful.

We got a ticket for parking in multiple spots when we had paid for multiple spots. We tried contacting multiple number and emails and no one has gotten back to us. We now have to dispute this ticket which is super inconvenient when we did everything right. There were multiple other vehicles taking up more than one spot and they had no ticket. I will never be using one of these lots again if I ever come back to Denver. Very bad service.

We paid for 2 spots to park in for 2 days and yet still get a ticket. And you can’t talk to one person to help you with the ticket. Had to call the cops and they said they couldn’t do anything bout it. You get no response from this parking lot in regards to question. Do not park here.
