Cheap price bad system
Cheap price. But I paid online ahead of time. Put in all my information on the website. When I parked I asked the attendant if I needed to do anything special because I checked in online. The attendant couldn't answer my questions. When I returned to my car I had a 65 dollar charge on my window. So I moved my car and paid again. I will not be paying the 65 dollars in this lifetime. If you are paying online good luck!

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you had a negative experience during your stay with us. We do apologize for the attendant's lack of knowledge about Parking.com and our online reservations. We will be working with the local team to ensure all employees, new and old, are aware of Parking.com's parking passes. Just an FYI - since you purchased a pass for an outdoor lot, which are generally checked by license plate - which you would have entered during checkout, in the future all you need to do is park in any space and go on with your day.
If you can email us at RMMMountain@spplus.com with a copy of the violation, we'd be more than glad to void it out, as well as refund your online pass since you ended up paying and parking elsewhere.

I hate being negative! I’ve never written a review in my life. Here’s my experience
I paid for 2 full days on parking.com.
Came back to citation on my vehicle with 10 hrs left on the clock. Called the number on the ticket and nobody can help. Submitted a dispute online and nobody responds.
What are you people doing?
