I parked in your lot at 19th and Broadway Friday 6 to 10 p.m. my small truck was broken into and anything of value was taken out of it.I won't be using your parking lots in the future.

Doesn't remember my account. I get parking tickets even when I pay. Can't park overnight. There are a lot of things to not like about this service, which would be fairer to call extortion. Site works fine, method of business is not friendly.

PAY EXTRA TO FEEL SAFE!!!
I pay 99 cent EXTRA to use the online service that’s not right when the machine to pay is right next to me!!! I use the online service because of the weird people walking around.It use to be a quarter extra less than a month ago!!!!! PAY EXTRA TO FEEL SAFE THIS IS THE WAY TO GO!!!

Unreliable app
I tried to use the parking.com app for the parking lot nearest my office. It worked the first time but the app wouldn't accept my payment information the second time. I ultimately still had to pay at the kiosk. This app isn't helpful if it doesn't work every time.

Very frustrating app
Very frustrating app. I loaded the info for my three cars, but it always defaults to one of my cars even when I pick the other cars. I even got a ticket once because after I picked one car, it defaulted to the other one. I wish they would fix this. It is super annoying

Machines never work, doesn’t read cards and takes your cash and doesn’t minus from amount. They leave tickets on your car when you pay online.

No more machine!
Love that the website is easy to use and pay for parking - it's better than standing in the cold in front of some machine trying to pay for parking.

There were no parking slots available and I have waited 30 minutes for a slot and still no luck. I had to pay again for a different parking.

Paid 2x for parking. Waste of money and time.
I paid for parking ahead of time, but then had to pay again when I got to the lot because there was no attendant to scan the sheet of paper I printed. An extra $5 is a lot less than the risk of a ticket if I left the sheet of paper on my dash. In the end, Parking.com cost more than the paying in the lot in person and had zero value to me. I won't be using this service and would try to get a refund if it wouldn't just waste more time.

Peace of mind but I overpaid.
The reservation was easy to make and I was happy to have it because I get nervous about finding parking in downtown Denver. However, the price I paid was more then the charged rate on the sign and the reservation said to give the email to the attendant. There was no attendant, just a pay kiosk ( which is how I found out I over paid). I called the number on the reservation because Denver is notorious for towing cars and the woman who answered was very helpful and said that I wouldn't get towed because they had my license plate number. I didn't get towed or get a ticket, I would use them again.

Lot didn't even exist. It was just a car rental place with no parking. The lot next door had no association with Avis either. I feel scammed and conned.
