QR Code or human?
It is really tough to use the QR code when it is cold outside and you have to load everything. Already had a bad experience with waiting until I go to my destination once and had a ticket. There is still a human around as they are the ones passing out tickets. Had there been precipitation that would have been worse.

There needs to be clearly marked signs informing newcomers on how to download the app. Etc. The sign we saw was blank on each side so we had to ask other partons how to sign up.
Good experience
Came straight into the lot and found a spot. Attendant seemed very helpful guiding others to their spaces. Was very clean and affordable.

I didn't like the fact that the parking lot did not have an attendant to watch over the vehicles parked there. That is very unsafe in a large city like Cincinnati. I will not park there again.
That you pay by phone and need the app!
Once I got on the website. It was pretty easy. Hadn't been downtown for awhile so using my phone to park and pay was a new experience.
