The physical parking lot was advertised as $5, but I was charged $10 when I paid for it online. We were heading to an event and I didn’t want to be late, so I just paid it. Then I tried to reach out t... See more

It was reasonable. CIncinnati parking has gotten out of control since the CIty gave it to private companies. Its nuts how expensive it is getting to park downtown now. Easy to pay, and there was so... See more

The parking was close to my destination…
The parking was close to my destination and the payment method was quick and easy
It was fine
It was fine. The parking lot is long and there is only a sign to scan to pay at the street side, which is the opposite side of where you pull in. So of course I had to walk the length of the lot twice.
-1 star: app-only paying. No signal, no luck. The app experience is fine. It remembered my license plate from last time which would normally be a plus, but this time I drove a different car and it took a minute to figure out how to change the plate. I would never use a parking.com lot in a sketchy part of town because you have to get out your wallet and pull out your credit card while being distracted on your phone .
-1 star: false advertising. It's only a $.65 "convenience fee" (even though it only seems to be more convenient for the vendor, not the customer), but if you advertise $5 lot, it should be $5. Just stick the fee on the sign!
Super disappointed to wake up and find…
Super disappointed to wake up and find my car towed in the morning even though I had paid through 6pm, not 6am when the lot became public
