Once we found the lot it was fine. The construction around the lot made it hard to find. Being a weekday, the traffic was horrible. It took us a good 20 minutes to get to the ship terminal. Getting back to the lot was a breeze! We got off our ship at 7:55am, got right on the shuttle bus. Got to the lot, loaded our luggage into our car, and left the lot at 8:13am. It was a Sunday, so that made it easier. I'm sure on a weekday, it would take longer.

Site was relatively user friendly.

Easy to book. But the process was so confusing to get out—scan code, license plates, gate code??? Read and ask everything before going. Also no clear directions about getting the shuttle to the cruise port

Dropping car of was a joke. Had to park almost in the street. Only room for maybe 10 people on the bus. So make sure you get there early may take more then one bus coming to get you there.

Got back from our trip at 11:30pm pick up was good no problems. Just remember only 10 people at most and the luggage. Got back to pick up car no electric running office computer by generator. There was one person working to get cars in a dark lot and you could not see anything. My husband had to go and fine our car after being there for 30 minites. DONT USE THEM.

The website itself did its job. But when I arrived to park, there were 4 open spots (people had already made spots where none existed) and they were all in 4 inches of water. I had to park the car and walk 8 feet through dirty water up to my ankles. Maybe not caused by the web site, but clearly the lot was well oversold.

Plenty of buses and arrival/departure availability.Great job..thanks.

My car was in about 8 inches inches of standing water so I got my feet soaked trying to get in when it was time to pick up my vehicle. That raises concern for parking there in the future; if the flooding was any worse serious damage could have been done to the vehicle. But, it was close to the cruise terminal so that was nice.

Great Experience

The reservation process was quick. Locating the lot was easy, we were taken to the pier and also returned with ease!!!

My bro got the same parking at the Fargo lot cruise port in Boston for $230 when I paid $305. Not fair.

Could not book on my phone nor computer even after speaking with a teck person. Had to use my sons phone. Now that I made my reservation and got my email confirmation it will not let me print a parking pass!

The parking lot was easy in/ easy out. It appeared to be manned by an attendant, and it was within walking distance of our hotel for a fraction of the cost of valet parking.

Extremely easy to book. We were looking for parking near the cruise port and this was the closest one available with a shuttle to drop off and pick us up. It says it's only a 2 minute walk but we aren't cruising until September so I am not sure. I will update this once we take the cruise.

The site was easy to use, fast and we got the parking we were looking for.

Parking was easy to find, shuttle driver was great, did not wait at all on pickup or drop off, he jump started a families car when they came back from cruise and had a dead battery on 6-14-23. supper good guy. Shuttle was waiting right by cruise ship when we got off.gate reads your cars plate on way out to open gate.

Driver was excellent. Location is easy to get to and from route 93

The website and paper work highlighted a shuttle service provided for cruise line passengers. When we got to the lot, the employee indicated that there was no shuttle service. Ironically, once we parked, we received a text that a shuttle service was available for cruise line passengers. It was not and we had to walk to the terminal building with our luggage down the streets of Boston. Two other parties at the lot were also expecting the advertised shuttle. I will not use this lot again and I will inform others of the false advertising of the company.
