Cruise Port Parking
Reserving a parking space was super quick and easy and it’s very close to the cruise port. Just picked the date we leaving and filled in all the required information, made a payment and that was it. No issues. We’ll definitely use Parking.com in the future.

The signage was bad
The signage was bad. I used GPS to get to the address and the actual entrance was several hundred feet away. It was pretty confusing. Once we got into the lot we weren't sure about whether we were parking in the right spot. The signage seemed to imply cruise parking was in teh back part of the lot, so I felt the need to move my car. It was frustrating.

The Fargo parking for cruise port.
On arrival all was perfect,shuttle was waiting and got to port in 10 mins.
On the return due to the long line up and the traffic of the people arriving to the port area, we decided to walk back to the fargo parking, a walk of 10 mins.

Difficult to get help
It was next to impossible to get the help I needed to reserve cruise parking when there was an error in the dates listed on the web page. Once a real person reached out to me via email, the resolution was quick and satisfactory. However, it took 9-10 weeks before this happened.

Was charged $220 for one day. Nothing could be done over the phone so I had to stop by the office and talk to the manager. Currently still waiting on $180 refund, its been about a week and a half since its happened. Very bad experience. 4/15/2024 update: customer representative reached out and took care of my issue. I am thankful that parking.com was able to solve my dispute.

Easy to Use
The site was easy to use and it was helpful listing all the cruises. This made it easier to find the correct one.
The only issue I had was when I first booked the parking I forgot to change the car size to "Oversize". I couldn't find a place to change it once it was booked so I had to Cancel the original booking and create another one.

State which lots are used for cruises and the availability of shuttles
There was no indication that the D3 lot was not being used for the Flynn Cruise Port and that a shuttle wasn’t available from that location. I called your help number and the woman was ver helpful in directing me to the correct lot location at 93 Fargo Street. She was extremely helpful but your website is confusing. Also, a better rate should be available for cruise parking in order to encourage more cruises from Boston.

Excellent customer service
I realized I made a mistake booking so I contacted customer service. I asked if I booked the wrong location for cruise parking and women (I’m sorry I forgot her name) explained I did. She offered to cancel the reservation for me and send refund. She then gave me the correct location and explained how to be sure I selected the correct cruise parking location.
