The website is not user friendly at all! You try to reserve parking and it says enter a valid password! I finally downloaded the app and was able to purchase parking that way! So confusing and took way too long to figure out!

I was told by Vacation to Go it would cost $20.00 a day to park and it was. $50.00 a day. So that was disappointing. I would not be able to recommend this parking to people who use cruise ships

The location was difficult to find
The location was difficult to find, it was very obscure and signage was poor. We circled it and passed by it three times before calling to get advice on how to find it. Once we were in the lot and directed where to go to park, we could not find a parking spot that was available without a sign on it designating it for someone of importance to that lot. We had to go back to the entry way and ask the gentlemen, who sat in his car without getting out in the rain, and explain that there were no spots. He "didn't understand" so I asked him to show us where he expected us to park. After some further confusion he finally got in his car and drove only as far as the edge of the lot, by the porta-potty, and pointed in some direction. When I said that there were signs on those spots for certain people, he kept saying he didn't understand. He finally said to go ahead and park there anyway. I was very skeptical about parking there and quite frankly, was nervous my whole vacation that my vehicle would be towed away while I was gone. He was not helpful at all and seemed quite put out that I had to keep asking him what he didn't understand about my question. I was quite relieved upon our return to see that my vehicle was still there and in the same condition I left it.

Parking Ok but Shuttle Service Very Poor
Parking was fine but the shuttle to the cruise ship was so inefficient- there were so many people to transport and only just one driver doing it all. There should have been at least two transport vehicles.

When we arrived on 10.1.23
When we arrived on 10.1.23, there was a guy sitting in a car that did get out when we got out of our car to ask if we were in the correct lot. And asked where were we to go to get shuttle. I showed the confirmation of payment to the worker, who replied, "boy you got riped off, our lot is less than $175.00". Asked how I could get my price corrected, and he said I couldn't. He showed us where to meet after cruise return, no contact number. I did take a picture of shuttle. But when we returned no one, no one in local lots knew of what we were waiting for. So 2- 71 yr olds, walked with their luggage to the lot, loaded our cars and drove home. The lot exit was open, so anyone could have come or left without questions. As we approached out car we noted the same guy sitting in his car, he got out and asked if we needed a ride to the ship?? Would appreciate my credit card be credited with the over charge your lot charges and they misinformation of the shuttle service

The gate was broken
The gate was broken. Our shuttle driver told us where to park as the staff was not on site. But we felt our car was secure.

Gas thieves
The two gentlemen transporting us to and from the terminal were excellent. However, our gas was siphoned, leaving us just enough to get to the gas station. Very disappointed that security is not an important issue.

Friendly Service.
they helped me with the website to fill out the paperwork. the driver was friendly and helped me with our bags. we did have a wait a bit long on the way back but that is my only small gripe.

Would vote zero
Would vote zero. Was pointed to booking a lot through you that was closed. Nothing from your side told me so, I HAPPENED to find out when I had to change the car that would be being parked. Even when I called the first of people we talked to told me there was a known issue they hadn’t understood with that lot. Later on I called to cancel and someone from their side happened to try to find out the issue again, only to find out the lot should have never been selling spots to begin with. Thankfully was able to book through another site, at a different lot and paid 100 dollars less.

Parking was fine for the week but when you have hundreds of people leaving a ship and standing in line for the shuttle you need to have multiple shuttles running. Most of us walked back to the parking
Lot because the shuttle was a joke. So disappointed.
