Great customer service. A real human parking attendant helped us as we exited. Great location near Wrigley Field. Totally recommend this location!

We were able to get a spot but it was quite literally the last spot and the parking attendant was annoyed that it had oversold (through parking.com). But it was a great price and an easy walk to Wrigley.

Very clean and secure garage. Close to Wrigley field. Will definitely use it again.

Android app does not work well. Very buggy. Constantly asking for default vehicle plate number after app restart. It also looses saved reservation at times. Viewed locatio preferences screen. It does need a lot of work. It is useless. You are welcome.

Great Wrigley parking option! Wish I was using sooner!

I will be using this garage every time I go to the north side of Chicago!!! Completely locked, clean and plenty of parking!!

Using the prepaid feature online did not work. The QR code they sent me to scan did not work. The scanner replied that the it was an invalid voucher. So that experience was 1 star, as I had to pay out a fee to get out of the lot, but had already paid once for parking. I ended up double paying.

I contacted their customer service line. The people I communicated with were excellent. They were very understanding and very responsive to make sure I got reimbursed for the money I spent to get out of the lot. That experience was five stars.

So that would average out to three stars, but I dropped it one star because they are sending me a check refund. I'm not sure why they could not just refund my credit card. That's why I knocked it down another star to two stars overall.

Everything worked completely as promised and the parking was affordable and easy to use.

The parking was great! The facility felt very secure, safe, and was clean. Definitely recommend and would park there again.

Bought the parking pass through the app at a reasonable rate, added the pass to apple wallet, drove to the lot, easy scan of apple wallet pass from gate both I and out, easy parking. All around excellent experience. I would recommend and I will use parking.com again for sure.

i did not see a sign telling me to have ticket to get into parking lot after 9pm until I was outside but at least I saw it before 9pm. That's on the parking lot not park.com but maybe you could post needed info when we reserve

Very easy and less expensive than other site. Very close to where we were going. Easy use of code. I would prefer a friend to this site

My wife and I went to Chicago for a long weekend and stayed at a house we rented across the street from Wrigley Field. We stayed here because we were attending concerts at Wrigley on two consecutive nights. The house did not have parking so we needed to find a place to park the car while there. Garages near the venue were very expensive and added "event surcharges" to each event, which made them cost-prohibitive. A quick online search on my phone revealed the Parking.com site, which had several places nearby with reasonable prices and no surcharges listed. I was skeptical but was able to prepay the listed price for the three days we were there. The price for the Parking.com location I chose, which was about a five-minute walk from our house, was less than one regular day at the garages nearest to the house. Parking.com was easy to use, conveniently located, and very reasonably priced. I will use Parking.com on future trips to Chicago.

Directions not on entering garage and Garage labeled very poorly.

Directions read to enter garage and go to scanner. The first entrance is labeled purchased parking but it’s for residents only

The scanner would not accept my qr code so we ended up having to pay for parking TWICE! I contacted the company but they have not responded. Very disappointed with our first time using this app. Definitely would not recommend

Parking and using the app was easy. I thought we were able to go in and out. That is why we booked so many days. We couldn’t leave and come back…the car had to stay inside the whole time?

Gate didn't open after scanning bar code on my phone. Called the number on the sign and didn't get results. Took 30 minutes to exit.
That's absurd.
