It was terrible
It was terrible! Got the paid ticket, printed the QR code, scanned it in did not work at garage, called for help they told me to take a ticket, and when trying to leave we were not allowed to leave with out paying another 40.00 even though we pre-paid for this parking!! NEVER again will I use this service!! Too bad though it was a nice parking garage in a good location

I purchased this parking ticket last minute when we found out very late that our train schedule was cancelled and had to drive to Wrigley for the ball game. The parking deck was easy to find and I loved having the car inside a safe deck during the day. It was a short walk to the ball park. Will definitely use again if we need to.

Easy to find and the security/parking attendant was super helpful. There was plenty of parking for the Cubs game my wife and I went to as well for anything else in the area you want to do.

This worked just fine, no problems. It saved us a boat load of money parking in Chicago near our granddaughter's school to attend grandparents day.

Difficulties successfully resolved
I booked parking in advance. On arrival, I had issues getting the QR code to scan both from the print out or my phone. I called support the next day, and they were very helpful with instructions on what to do when I was leaving. The steps they detailed worked successfully with the live support at the exit via the Assistance button. The person who answered was also very helpful.

Avoid at all cost.
Paid for parking. Went to the parking spot and the QR code didnt work. No customer service to talk to. Emailed them twice and never heard anything back. Now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. So my review, these guys suck. Dont use them.

I bought online pass for Chicago Cubs parking. When I got to lot pass would not scan. I called for attendant which took forever. He said to press for ticket to get in which was fine but when I went to leave it wanted $40 payment. I understand u would reimburse but I had 20 cars behind me n I wasn’t paying an additional $40 for the gate to go up. Again waited forever for attendant to answer. I assume system problems but I’m not parking there to go thru this. And I’ve parked there for years for cub games. Very stressful!

Parking pass did not work
Parking pass did not work, scan said invalid. Called support number, no answer at all. Called multiple times with no help. Ending up having to take a ticket from machine. Then there were no spots available after driving around garage for 10 minutes. Eventually got lucky and somebody left. Took their spot. Cost us 15 minutes when we are in a rush to get to a game. Terrible overall experience. At least the gate was up when we were going to exit so we didn't have to deal with the machine again. Contact form on website doesn't even work to get in touch with them.

Didn't work
I originally liked the service, but it didn't work at the garage I reserved. After several attempts to scan, it came up with "invalid voucher". I then was forced to take a ticket and pay full price. So now I paid $20 to parking.com and $30 on top of that to the garage. I contacted customer service, but have not heard anything back. I will use other apps in the future.

Good Wrigleyfield parking
Parking is convenient to Wrigley field and fairly easy to get in and out. Had a little difficulty getting out. Scanner was not reading my parking ticket. I’ll use my cell phone next time instead of the paper ticket.
