The app is easy to you and the parking lot was well maintained.

I unfortunately was overcharged for a 3 hour request. Tried to call that same night after going home. The representative said since I had already left the lot she could not do anything about it. I am now dealing with the My credit card company to dispute near $50 charge that should’ve been $4.

The app overcharged me by giving me less time and I had to pay again.

It was very easy to find the lot I wanted to use and pay the fee.

I typed in a check-out time of 9:00 a.m. and the system changed the check-out time of 8:00 a..m.
Is it possible to have check-out time of 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 24, 2022?

Aesthetically speaking, it sucked.

So easy to sign in and pay! Took the rush and hassle out of the parking experience.

Great parking spot, close to venue, clean lot, easy to use.

I had horrible experience there were no parking attendees, I had a issue and no one I could talk to about it, I couldn't call anyone there's no address to go to there no one to complain to about anything.

While I didn't have a negative experience with Parking.com, I didn't feel my experience was any more special or different than the other 3 parking apps I have... The "convenience fee" to use the app seemed about the same ($$) as the other parking apps, and adding time to your spot also seemed fairly straight forward. I'd like to see a little bit more signage throughout the lot, aside from just one (1) visible sign near the parking pay terminal. If I'm going to walk to/ towards the terminal just to find out the zone #, I might have well just used the freestanding pay terminal rather than the mobile app. So, in short, more signage!

The app is easy to use. I can check-in in seconds.

This organization charges for a minimum of 2 hours but doesn’t let customers know that when they say they need 1 hour. They’ll then ticket you after 1 hour but before 2 even though they charged you for 2. I can’t trust companies that use these kinds of tricks to cheat their customers.

The kiosk at the Hyde Park lot would not accept my credit card. I had to go through the sign up procedure to pay to park.

Cost me $24 to park for 2 hours in a lot that costs $4 for the day if you use a card at the terminal. And not any more convenient.

It’s a basic app. It did the job without being buggy.

Absolutely ridiculous to pay $12 an hour to park a car!! Super disappointed! The line to pay was 10 people deep and nobody could see the QR code until you got close to the kiosk. Everyone was griping. Terrible prices and inconveniently placed QR code. They should be everywhere for people to see.
