I think $5.50 an hour is a bit steep to park in downtown Knoxville TN. It was raining at the time of our arrival so it did not make me happy that your set up had zero coverage for the person who has... See more

Transaction went through but then hung up and acted as if it didn’t inside the app. I didn’t know whether it worked and I was safe until waited on the email.

Used the QR code to pay and a warning ahead of time that my time was expiring…very cool

During our visit to Knoxville, we had to use a paid parking lot. Conveniently, paying was a breeze thanks to the mobile payment option. Kudos for simplifying the customer experience!

The charge is the same for 30 minutes and 4 hours.. I put in for two hours and then went to put 30 more minutes in as a safety precaution so I didn’t get a ticket, it was $11 for the first two hours and $11 more an extra 30 minutes.

This form of paid parking with no employee on had to manage the parking lot does not feel safe, for $10.99 for one hour of afternoon parking that only took 30 minutes just seems extreme. My husband was approached for a hand out before he could get out the car previously.
$10 for 2 hours? Yeah right. What kind of review does a parking lot company want?!
😂
The parking lot had lines and designated parking spots. It had lighting and it was paved. I mean, what the fucck (alternate spelling)? It’s a parking lot with no attendant and a self-pay kiosk. It’s a goddamn parking lot
App didn’t say how much for how long time. Fee for using app not disclosed. Cost $10.99 to add 35 minutes to 6 hours @ 10.99. Ripoff. If option was given for 12 hours instead of 10 hours like on the machine price would have been 12 for 10 hours.

I really like this coffee shop by my school but unfortunately the only parking is this paid lot. I have to pay $11 just to run in to grab a coffee, which is ridiculous. I was also double charged the last time I was there
Parking should be free. For $12.95 there should be at least a reach around
VERY EXPENSIVE!!!
My initial request was for 3 hours. Was charged ~$10.50. That’s fine.
I then added 1 hour, and was charged another $10.50. NOT FINE!

It was a but difficult to figure out how to complete registration and put in out credit card data. Then, after our allotted two hours was over, we left and then kept getting alarming messages as though we had not paid or something. I finally did write a note back to one of these messages and the notifications stopped.
Simplify the system! clarify the instructions and do not send messages intimating that somehow the person who parked had made an error.
