Smooth process
Smooth process. No hassles. However, not all escalators were working , and with heavy luggage we had to take the stairs better signage is needed

Why did I payover 500 bucks for a hotel…
Why did I payover 500 bucks for a hotel then also have to pay about 200 for parking. Every hotel I ever stayed at parking was free. Honestly bull shrt. Also stating $20 for each over night but in reality it was $25 over night it's messed up even more.

Very disapointed
We were charged 10 dollars more than the posted fee, I guess there were some kind of service charge of 10 dollars that was not posted. Also we paid for two nights but it ran out at midnight the night we paid for check out was at noon the next day. We had to go down to the desk and they gave us a paper to put in the window of the car. They said it happens all the time.

I have paid for 24 hours but 12-15 hours later before the 24 hours I paid before, I was required to pay again to extend the time with my car in the parking lot even without the expiration of my regular time for which I have paid previously.
