It was very irritating
It was very irritating, having to stop when I was doing when I checked in to the hotel to enter my credit card information just to pay for parking. You need to find a simpler method in my opinion. Also, I have no idea and no confidence in your company won’t charge me But I’m not at the hotel.

This is not practical for tourist…
This is not practical for tourist coming from abroad. I was really tire after 12 hours flight, my mobil is from other country. It is much better to be charged by the hotel

Parking was full, took me some time to find a spot, and was too expensive for guests who are already paying for two nights of hotel.

Parking in Miami
Being I'm out of town, I found the parking experience to be good. I never had a problem with parking or the app. Several times I found the parking quite expensive, but I received it's Key West and Miami so I expected a higher parking cost. Overall a good experience.

Avoid at all cost
Got to the lot and 1 person working. People had been in line for over an hour. No chance we would have made our flight. Had to leave and find other parking. Paid in advance so now I have to fight to get a refund. Never ever going to use this lot. Worse experience ever

DUE TO UNREST IN HAITI WITH GANGS CONTROLLING THE CAPITOL PORT-AU-PRINCE WE WERE UNABLE TO LEAVE THE VEHICLE AT GIA SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY HAD NO ROOM! HOWEVER, THEY WOULD ACCEPT IT A WEEK LATER...SO, WE USED THE PARKING.COM APP TO PARK THE VEHICLE FOR ONE WEEK SECURELY!
