A lot cheaper parking but the parking lot is dirty or there is a broken sign in the parking lot that needs fixing. I noticed a truck that was parked in the handicap parking lot with no handicap plate... See more

Awful company, price gouging and I’d hardly even call where we parked a parking lot, it was an empty dirt pad at the corner of a street with no lighting, no lines on the ground, and no clear access or... See more
First of all the fact that parking was available was a pretty nice thing to find and second of all the payment convenience (a QR Code) and affordability of it! Thank you for your service.

Very expensive for a dirt lot that was full of trash and broken bottles.

For the same amount of time, the city will charge me 1.50. These donkeys want 15.

I paid for parking and my car got towed !!!!!!!!
You have to pre put in how much you think you’ll be there. It’s hard to tell. It’s hard to tell what will happen if you go over the time. I ended up putting in 1-2 hours extra because I wasn’t sure how they were calculating it so it kinda sucks.

The price stated in the app was $10.00 for up to 4 hours. I paid for 3 hours. When I got home I noticed I was charged 15.00 plus 0.99. Can’t figure out how or who to get this resolved. 😡
My experience was easy! I like that it gives you text alerts when your time is running out.

Great idea, but parking zones needs to be easier to figure out. I couldn't find mine to enter in the app

Got a parking ticket even though I paid immediately upon parking, and gave myself an extra hour past the time I knew I was going to leave. What the heck!!

I was able to find a good parking spot at a reasonable price

$10 for 90min in a dirt lot with no shade. Plus a $.99 service charge. If you’re planning on eating at snooze, ride share or walk.

We parked, paid, and as we were walking down the gravel incline toward the street, my friend slipped on the gravel and twisted her ankle. We ended up leaving for urgent care instead of having our breakfast. So $12 for 5 mins and then a day at the hospital.
Paid $20 to park here in the downtown Phoenix area at about 6pm on 5/20/23. I came back to my car at 11:30pm to find that I was blocked in. I called the customer service number so they could send a tow truck to remove the vehicle blocking me in. I was told they could not do that and I had to wait for the owner of the car to come back. It was 11:30pm on a Saturday night in downtown Phoenix where there is a ton of nightlife. You want me to sit here for possibly 3 hours until all the bars close so I can be on my way?? I found it ridiculous that this was their only solution. Do not park in any of their lots. They don’t have anyone directing traffic and when things like this happen they just tell you to wait.
Blocked in, called to see what they can do. They said they couldn’t do anything and it was not their problem but rather a local issue. Asked for a number to be connected to someone locally but they had no idea who they could connect me with.
This was the absolute worst parking experience I have EVER had! Not only was I charged DOUBLE the price clearly stated on the website, during the reservation & in the footer of their receipt, but when I came back to my vehicle there were cars double & triple parked around me!!! I could not believe how many people were standing around in the lot absolutely livid because there was no possible way to get out! To overcharge with bait & switch is one thing - but to overcharge AND not have anyone servicing your lots & allowing dozens of cars to block in your paying customers?!?! Absolutely appalling. I ended up booking an ADDITIONAL reservation to accommodate for being blocked in to avoid getting ticketed. It was at that point that I learned that the amount I was charged the first go round (4 hours) was the SAME AMOUNT being charged for a full 24 hour period!! So in summary, not only was I charged $20 when everything stated $10, but I then had to pay and ADDITIONAL $20 because I didn't want to risk being ticketed in Downtown! $10 parking turns into $42... I've never experienced such a scam in my life.
The parking lot was dirty, trash everywhere. There were no lines so it was just a free for all. Parking lot was not secured at all, anyone could’ve broken into our cars. 10 dollars for 2 hours was a very steep price for the crap parking conditions you guys offered
poor, after paying for parking your security still called and towed my car. my pass was valid till 3am and you called for tow at 11:45
