There was no attendant and were blocked in for two hours late at night. The woman there said she could not call the police or towing and then left. Terrible.

We got parked in by other cars and had…
We got parked in by other cars and had to wait for hours till someone moved a vehicle. During that time no one checked the lot. Turns out I could have skipped paying you all together. You would have never known. This was a scam parking lot

Very deceptive pricing
Very deceptive pricing. No per time pricing showing prior to being forced to select a time period. I selected 2 hours and was charged $10.99 and then came back to add time and was charged app was saying $10.99 for both an hour and two hours. I moved my car.

expensive and not enough parking close…
expensive and not enough parking close by. I had to park 3 blocks away and walking that far at 11:00 pm with a wad of cash in my pocket at night just isn't safe.

I may have just been SCAMMED...
Charged me for 2 DAYS instead of the 2 HOURS I registered for. Then, customer support via the website was "down" when I tried reaching out. Horrible experience. Please make sure you're getting what you actually pay for, people.

Dirt lot
it was a dirt parking lot with a bunch of holes for 12$ bucks? There is a parking ramp that’s not a dirt lot with a bunch of big holes in it for 7$ bucks a block down the street.

Unimproved parking lot
Unimproved parking lot, but app made it easy, wish was alittle cheaper and when extending time it didn’t make me pay full price again. But if I am in that area again I would use the lot.

How can you trust someone who is…
How can you trust someone who is threatening you? Manipulative pricing scheme 1-4 HRs same price but you can buy less hours. By the way the "parking lot" in question was dirt lot. Literally zero maintenance needed from them, practically stealing
