A lot cheaper parking but the parking lot is dirty or there is a broken sign in the parking lot that needs fixing. I noticed a truck that was parked in the handicap parking lot with no handicap plate or any handicap sign. It was a bit annoyed by that since I know a friend who needs a handicap spot and who is handicapped.

$20 for 30 minutes
The service charged me $20 for 2 hours of parking which was 3x the advertised rate and then tried to charge me $20 for 30 additional minutes.

Would not park there again.
By the time I was leaving, cars were parked everywhere with no way to get out of the lot. Many cars had to drive over the curb to get out of the parking area. Worst experience ever. Paid $20 just to be stuck in a parking lot.

I was blocked in
I was blocked in. Very unorganized! No guidance for cars to park correctly. Vehicles parking however they want. Had to wait hours to leave the parking lot. Tried to contact parking.com for assistance but no help. Paid $20.99 for bad experience! I want my money back.
