When I came back to my car there was a food truck blocking me in. Ridiculous.

Found the parking lot with some spots under a roof and others open on gravel. Signs were adequate to register and pay for the parking. The only concern upon leaving the car for the tour was the three homeless tents in the lot. Plus no one around to keep our vehicle safe. In the end all was okay for us.

I was charged four times my original rate for extending my stay by one hour. Also, the website pinged me saying my stay was over one full day later.

The website is glitchy abd I was way over charged.

Wayyy to expensive. 10.99 for a single hour? Then additional 10.99 to add any additional time. Will most certainly be choosing street parking next time, even if it means walking several blocks in the rain.

Too expensive and when I wanted to leave the parking lot I couldn't they had me boxed in.they should have parking spaced since you're already charging enough

We got boxed in our parking spot. Cars went three deep in a row with no room in between to get out. There weren't any lines to help indicate parking spots. If you're going to charge for parking in a vacant lot, have lines to indicate parking spaces.

First of all the fact that parking was available was a pretty nice thing to find and second of all the payment convenience (a QR Code) and affordability of it! Thank you for your service.

Super annoying to use and now emailing me days later asking for a review. You're a parking lot. Don't email me. Don't make me use my phone to pay.

It was easy to purchase.

There was no parking lines . I was stuck in the parking lot for an hour and a half until someone arrived and helped everyone out . Some more organization would be appreciated

Easy but have your tag number to cut time

Didn’t realize how much more expensive this lot is compared to others in the area. And the fact that even after purchasing parking I still got a violation from when my parking was valid made the experience even better.

ZERO stars, To charge over $10 for less than 2 hours of parking on a dirty, rocky muddy, non-paved parking lot is despicable. You will never have my business again.

$10 for one hour of parking? In gravel? With broken glass bottles? I’ll never park here again. I will continue to park on use paid STREET parking (which is like $2 an hour)

I booked for 1.5 hours. The lot was 10$ for up to 4 hours. If I wanted to extend more than my initial 1.5 hours I needed to pay full price again. Messed up

Either make parking free or reduce the price of parking, this was overpriced only for an hour of parking

Everything was great for the most part. Only thing was I didn’t receive a card to call for when I arrived back, figure to just use the number listed in the email/at the pick up sign but then that number said to use the card given to me. Felt like the phone number wasn’t much help. I was only concerned cuz I had landed at 1 am when I know they pick up based on demand. But no worries shuttle came by a bit later and got me to my car safely!
