Inaccurage information
The sign above indicated that after 6, it was $5. It said nothing about a time limit or a per hour rate. My receipt charged me over $15. I also got a ticket...very unhappy

Cleveland citizen parking in Cleveland
I needed to attend a BWC meeting early in the morning. The parking area unfortunately where I used to park is being turned into a Sherwin Williams Headquarters.
I had did an Arial view the night before,seeing what I thought was a parking lot,your parking lot.
The only recommendation I could give as a professional transit driver and citizen, is the lot needs more large signage. Where to enter and exit.

Inexpensive, needed better address
Inexpensive, easy. One flaw was that the instruction to use a different entrance was tiny in the confirmation email. There was no address for that entrance to give the GPS so it was guesswork getting to a new lot at night.

I liked the location of the lot I choose as it was fairly close to my venue. I disliked the lot access as one of the entrances was closed and had to search where to enter.

Ease of use in pre-paying for parking. Vehicle information is saved along with payment info so it is not necessary to repeat each time I use the app.

Need to adjust event rate times
They increased regular rate by $1. Most people who park there work nearby (daytime hours) and when there is an event downtown the rate is $15-$20, but people going to the "event" don't seem to park there. If someone is only parking until 5pm or 6pm they should be able to pay the regular rate, as they probably aren't attending the "event". The event rate shouldn't start at 1pm; if someone wants to BEGIN their parking time at 4pm or later they should pay the event rate (not someone parking 8am-5pm).

I arrive to work between 6:30 to 7 am
I arrive to work between 6:30 to 7 am. I paid for parking using the scanner code. I leave work and I noticed I have a ticket for $13 and some change which needs to be resolved because I paid. This Incident happened Friday September 21 2023. Hopefully it doesn't happen today September 26 2023
