Easy, reasonable

Personally, I think there should be signs telling people that you don't have to pay at certain times And considering fifty people were parked there and no one paid. It makes me feel like I was being Take an advantage of. But besides that, it was easy to do.

Guy at the gate doesn’t know how your app works. Told me e had no means to scan my QR code to confirm my reservation. Tried to keep me out of the lot until I showed him the address listed on my booking. VERY unprofessional.

Overpriced, lots of potholes, can’t see the lines and full of trash

It made no sense that I was the only person to pay for parking throughout the whole restaurant! It should be a parking attendant or something, making sure everyone pays!

Parking lot is not lit at night, which could be unsafe for a group of females. Nothing happened, but it can be concerning

Easy and fast process with the app

The parking lot is TERRIBLE, it needs repaving with new asphalt and lines and is totally over priced. I will never park their again, so enjoy the DAM $15.

The last time I used yr parking lot it said on the board charge was $7.50 maximum they charged me for 3 hours $15 please give me refund for that

I paid for 2 hours. I came back before two hours and had a ticket. I disputed the ticket and it came back “we’ll reduce the amount you owe to $5.” This is straight up a scam.

Scammed. Sign said $5 fee after 4pm. Charge was $15 and when I returned, I received another charge for late return for a total of $23. In fact, I was 15 minutes early.
I reported this to a nearby policeman who also thought it was a scam.

very easy to reserve the parking space needed. Online version worked very well. Parking lot was neat and clean and no visible sign of muggers.

I have used this site and this parking lot may times without any issues, great location and very affordable.

It was easy, easier than a parking meter or an attendant.

Self service being relatively pain free made up for the lot itself being less than third world. No attendant.

Signage could have been posted more clearly along with rates. There were no rates posted unlike at all of the surrounding lots. Posting the rates helps people make informed decisions before parking in a lot that is triple the price of the surrounding lots.

So I pulled into this parking lot based on the signage. The sign on the lot said a MAX of $7.50 a day. When I went to pay on the app it charged me $15.00, DOUBLE the posted amount. I was already running late and had gotten my stuff out of the car or I would have changed lots. The one next to it was only $10.00 for the day. I feel like I got scammed with this False advertising crap. Other than that the lot was ok and my car was good when I got back to it. But I will definitely NOT be using this lot ever again. You would think for that kind of money they could afford to UPDATE the frigging sign!!!!!!
