Paid for 2 hours of parking via Parking.com. A violation was issued less than 2 hours after the parking was purchased. The violation was not removed and Parking.com did not respond after I pointed out the error.

I’m not sure if there was something wrong done on my end or if the website wasn’t working properly, but I paid for 3 hours, my card was charged. For some reason, the time was wrong. I was sent an email that showed the time I paid for the parking, but the email also had a time for me to leave the parking lot, which was two minutes before the email of purchase was sent (how is that even possible?), so I paid for the parking @ 5:10pm, I received the email around 5:12pm, but the email also said that I had to leave the parking lot at 5:10pm. There was no way for me to fix it on the website and there was no way for me to call anyone because the number was not in service. I came out a little over 2 hours later and saw that I had a ticket on my car.

What made this experience great is that it was close by the restaurant I was going to and a reasonable price?

Usually pretty good, but sometimes the app glitches and gets in a cycle of trying to get me to add a new car even though my car is already in the app. Only other issue is the parking spot I usually park in, is in the wrong spot on the app, but once I figured out where it was it was fine.
I got charged $15 for two hours
I got charged $15 for two hours, because of the Guardians game. It wasn’t an unlimited amount of time, and they did not specify until after I paid. I didn’t mind spending that, but it was trying to get me to pay again after the two hours. Terrible service!

I pay by phone with no issues. There is a bar code to scan or text a number to follow a link. Pretty simple.

Saw broken-into cars, opted not to stay
Arrived at the lot and there appeared to be two homeless and/or mentally ill individuals walking erratically around the lot. There were also cars with broken out windows (glass on the ground next to them). We opted to take the loss on the pre-paid parking and went elsewhere.

Process was a bit confusing
Process was a bit confusing. Also got a reminder 30 minutes in which was only half the time I asked for. Also the total was the whole day rate which was confusing as it asked me length of time and I said one hour.

My parking experience
I always the same spot in the corner by the gate! No one wants to park in front of poles!!! I do have a suggestion, it’s time to fill in those potholes now that its getting warmer.
