The parking lot has prices posted & I was overcharged. When I called, I was transferred around multiple times & still haven't been refunded. Terrible.

Terrible. Lot was full and trying to get a full refund and have not heard back from you after several emails were sent.
Great rate not a bad walk
We were looking for reasonable parking and after driving a bit we pulled in to the lot and had no idea how far our walk was but we made it to our destination and it wasn't to far. Easy to access and in and out no issues.

My car was vandalized and broken into. The app was easy to access and pay. It kept me alert on my time I had left and available. But my car was destroyed during my experience. So I rate it a 1.

Trying to figure out how I got a ticket…
Trying to figure out how I got a ticket when I paid and it says the ticket was for 7:07 I was covered until 9:30pm we left at 9:05. We arrived at 6:20 it’s not making sense I would like to dispute this. I even have the email stating my entrance time.

Poorly lit dark parking lot in an alley way situation.
Chuck holes, broken glass and dirty.
Embarrassing and dangerous condition for Cleveland.
Wouldn't want wife or daughter parking there alone.

Ripped Off
I always utilize Standard Parking lots because I worked there for 6 years before changing careers. I parked in a lot on Frankport to be close to the venue for my brother’s bachelor party. I scanned the QR code & took a picture of my license plate. I was having trouble getting a connection good enough to finish the transaction. I went in to finish setting up the party & asked for the Wi-Fi code. Once I was able to get a connection, I immediately paid for the parking online.
I noticed a ticket on my car after the event. I presented my receipt and explained that I’ve already paid for parking. I ended up still having to pay the ticket because I paid “an hour late”.
I was better off skipping out on paying for parking and just paid the ticket. I recommend an attendant who can assist patrons with payment if they are having trouble. I’m waiting to see who is the facility manager or senior manager, in order to discuss this issue further.

Shows no availability when there is.
I parked in a lot, downloaded the app for 15 minutes and then was told there was no parking even though I was already in a spot. Left and when down the street to another lot. A little much just to park.

It's just parking you can chill
I get back to my car 15 minutes early and the guy is just hovering behind my vehicle with his iPad getting ready to ticket me. He then proceeds to harass me and say "I am getting a ticket because I did not pay". Nice power trip buddy.
