It was easy to use the QR code to pay for the parking.

The parking lot has prices posted & I was overcharged. When I called, I was transferred around multiple times & still haven't been refunded. Terrible.

Convenient location at an affordable price.

Terrible. Lot was full and trying to get a full refund and have not heard back from you after several emails were sent.

We were looking for reasonable parking and after driving a bit we pulled in to the lot and had no idea how far our walk was but we made it to our destination and it wasn't to far. Easy to access and in and out no issues.

I couldn't get And when I call to get help from the girl that answered that day she didn't make any effort to help me now I call previously there's a wonderful woman she helped me with everything but that broad didn't want to do anything this pass Monday

My car was vandalized and broken into. The app was easy to access and pay. It kept me alert on my time I had left and available. But my car was destroyed during my experience. So I rate it a 1.

Trying to figure out how I got a ticket when I paid and it says the ticket was for 7:07 I was covered until 9:30pm we left at 9:05. We arrived at 6:20 it’s not making sense I would like to dispute this. I even have the email stating my entrance time.

It was a very snowy day. Parking locations were covered up & the writing very small. It took a few minutes to use the guided system for parking but my goa was achieved.

Poorly lit dark parking lot in an alley way situation.

Chuck holes, broken glass and dirty.

Embarrassing and dangerous condition for Cleveland.

Wouldn't want wife or daughter parking there alone.

Had to step over or under a chain to access lot no walk way

This was the first time I’ve used a parking facility like this. It was very easy

I always utilize Standard Parking lots because I worked there for 6 years before changing careers. I parked in a lot on Frankport to be close to the venue for my brother’s bachelor party. I scanned the QR code & took a picture of my license plate. I was having trouble getting a connection good enough to finish the transaction. I went in to finish setting up the party & asked for the Wi-Fi code. Once I was able to get a connection, I immediately paid for the parking online.

I noticed a ticket on my car after the event. I presented my receipt and explained that I’ve already paid for parking. I ended up still having to pay the ticket because I paid “an hour late”.

I was better off skipping out on paying for parking and just paid the ticket. I recommend an attendant who can assist patrons with payment if they are having trouble. I’m waiting to see who is the facility manager or senior manager, in order to discuss this issue further.

Rude parking attendant, as I was signing up online to park, he was peeping in my side window and said he was about to write me a ticket

I parked in a lot, downloaded the app for 15 minutes and then was told there was no parking even though I was already in a spot. Left and when down the street to another lot. A little much just to park.

Couldn’t find the entrance to the lot. The directions were confusing.

I get back to my car 15 minutes early and the guy is just hovering behind my vehicle with his iPad getting ready to ticket me. He then proceeds to harass me and say "I am getting a ticket because I did not pay". Nice power trip buddy.

Moron attendant gave me a $13 ticket even though I paid.
