Parking lot was closed. Had to pay again at another lot

I found the perfect parking spot, and I love being able to use a card bc I never carry cash! It was simple and super convenient!!

I parked here to take advantage of the $7.50 all day max rate. There are signs for this amount at both the front entrance and back entrance and on the website. However, I have never been charged less than $15 for a full day. The one time I was charged $8 was for parking from 9 am to 1 pm only. That is 4 hours. I have tried contacting you for assistance on how to get the rate displayed and no one answers no matter what time of day it is. You are scamming customers. Thankfully the parking lot right across the street displays $7 and charges $7. I will park there from now on.

It said 4 minute walk which it was longer but otherwise liked paying up front

I paid for the service on a Sunday when parking regulations are not enforced. The parking restriction was not enforced because other motorists parked at this location without paying for a parking space and received no repercussions. I feel I was duped out of $10.

It's a bit annoying to have to download the app and put in CC info, as you're trying to park and get someplace. Because I was short on time, I did not initially create an account, which was a mistake, because then when I had to add time, I had to start all over again and re-enter all of my CC info. Additionally, I swear I added two additional hours, and I was charged the same price as I was for the initial two hours, but it only gave me one additional hour and I got hit with a $13 "parking violation". Plus, once I created an account, because I hadn't done so initially, the original two payments did not show up under my new account, so it was hard to prove what I did to dispute the parking violation. I can see how this would be very convenient, once you have it all set up, but that initial use was more complicated than it should have been.

I paid $10 and some change to park in downtown Cleveland on a Saturday night and didn’t realize I was only allowed 1.5 hours. I got there at 8:30 pm and the online ticket stated I needed to be out of the parking lot by 10:00pm. It was a total rip off.

App glitches and I get double charged or it doesn’t charge and I get tickets. Sent in an email to customer service and never got a response.

Wasted money. Street parking available and no one watching vehicle in lot.

Parking was easy and safe at Marginal. We initially started to park on Superior, but changed our minds.

I reserved a parking spot ahead of time and when I arrived at the lot to park, gates were closed and an attendant told me it was full. When I showed him my reservation and payment confirmation he said I was in the correct lot, but that he couldn't do anything. There wasn't a spot for me, and there are no refunds. So, not a good experience.

The parking is fine the app to pay is way to involved could have been much more simplistic. Contacting very poor I've sent 3 emails since person never answers phone to get refund for a double pay one day never heard back never got refund. Charging customers prices for event parking at 7am in morning when event us in evening is foolish example Cleveland Oh ...Park for work $7.50 day, Thurs Browns game 7pm if I was to park in that lot for my workday 7 to 330 I would have paid 50 to park, the game starts about 7. Why charge me that price that lot was almost empty all day because of $50 when you could have stated the $50 fee at 4 or 5 the lot is not that close to stadium you lost a whole lot of money for nothing at 430 that lot was still empty filling up later, so you lost all your regular customers over Greed and probably lost money in process. See how much sense that makes. None!!
No smart business would do that.

App failed to work properly. It took 4 tries and 15 minutes just to complete payment. Not the first time. Awful system.

I would give zero stars if I could. PLEASE expand your parking times BEYOND 45 mins. Not everyone has time to be checking their phone and paying every 45 mins. Please be reasonable.

App doesn’t work at times

My coworkers and I have noticed that your prices fluctuate so much that we are considering parking somewhere else to know what cost will be from Day to day.

The process to pay for parking was easy and convenient because I didn’t have cash. I also like the reminder when my time was almost up.
