Still haven’t given me refund when charged 10 for parking for game days that game was postponed equals to $6, and still charging me for parking when I provided docs that I paid! Not every paring in one of you lots again!

I still received a ticket when I payed already !

App is good accept sometimes pricing is different than website and events can be tricky. Fur example 7.50 all day rate but if I stay past 5 it goes to $20?

The website incorrectly marked my time in and sent me erroneous notifications that my parking was expiring. It also didn’t accurately show the lot that I was in so trying to extend my time while in a restaurant was difficult. They did (so far) only charge me for the actual time I parked so that’s a plus I guess.

Good location with plenty of parking spaces.

I still got a ticket. Not sure if the system updated fast enough or not.

They have an online pay for parking so it’s done all online but beware if you accidentally leave out a letter on your plate when you pay for it they will give you a $28 ticket and when you go to fight it showing you missed 1 letter and paid for parking they will still say they find no error and will charge you a fine even though you have proof you paid, even included it with your dispute

I think it's been a rocky start so far. We had difficulty paying and adding more time via the app and QR code. Customer service took awesome care of us! Then that same day, I made a reservation for downtown Cleveland; however, we could not find the parking structure.. that could be on us, especially since we are new to town. Anywho, I called customer service twice again that evening, and both ladies were able to help me promptly and to my satisfaction. If nothing else, you guys have incredible customer service!!! Thank you! I'll leave another review if I'm more successful next time!

Thanks to the license plate authentication, we were able to park in this lot twice on same day: am for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and later for Guardians game. It’s a healthy walk to each - the Guardian walk did not feel as safe as R&R HoF.

There were multiple photos attached to this spot - one showed a garage entrance; the other a gritty, unmonitored lot. It is a gritty unmonitored lot. Over the 12 hours our out of state car was there, it was undisturbed - so alls we’ll.

First lot me went to said the most time you can request is 5 1/2 hours. We were going to a stadium concert and knew we needed more time. The sign on the lot said it was also for special events so we assumed we could park their for longer than the 5.5 hours. It did not give us a rate for the special event so we called and were told we had to go to a different lot. Why did the sign say special event parking but could not accommodate the event?

Spaces were tight to park.

I had trouble doing process. Had to go get my friend to help me. I did it from front of lot and paid. In the time between I got a ticket. I moved my car to another lot at 10p.

Try to get parking set up several hours if not day before to make sure you get a good spot.

When paying for my parking on the app I accidentally entered one incorrect letter which made it appear as if I didn’t pay for my parking. I paid 3 hours for parking and had a receipt on my phone. I disputed the violation and attached a copy of my receipt. I was told that after the dispute was reviewed they determined that the information I provided was not enough to prove they were in the wrong for giving the ticket. I will make sure not to use this service again.

The pass came with two different addresses that are a half a mile apart. The actual lot pictured is not near the supposed entrance at 614 West Superior, where I wanted to park.

After paying $10.38 to park, I received a $28.00 “no payment” violation. The violation was issued well after 30 minutes of having paid. The violation was voided, but the irritation of this paper stuck to my freshly washed windows and having to go through disputing something I should have NEVER received doesn’t sit right with me. There is no attendant and nothing to put on your car, yet some mystical individual issues violations. Get a better system for your employees and patrons for that matter so maybe your employees can do their jobs properly.

The online app for pre purchase works great for me. Only issue with the lot I park at is a LOT of broken glass and garbage lately.

They gave me a ticket I paid but I put my plate number in wrong all the numbers was the same I just had last 2 mixed up and I gotta ticket for $28
