Gave me a 28.00 ticket even though I paid

And Downtown with several ppl we all paid different prices to park at same lot some paid 5$ and others 20$

Editing to say I tried the app a few more times and gave up, although it seems to be working for a co-worker. I'm now bypassing the app and using the website instead. So far this seems to be working. For me, the app crashed a lot and charged the wrong rates. I sent an email to Parking.com asking about it, but never got a reply.

Super spot, affordable, fast and easy. What more could one ask?

Difficult to determine which spots on map were actually free. Address on app unclear. Zero signage at spot to connote that was the place.

During events....sometimes its event prices at 800 a.m. i feel thats unfair to the people just there to work...or the event doesn't start until later that day....

The location was as defined however there were no details provided about the parking lot such as height restrictions. I called the phone number several times to inquire, but never could reach anyone.

Parking attendants couldn’t confirm it was the right address. Far longer from Rocket Mortgage Field House than stated. Thank goodness for the police. This place is a complete rip off.

Was not able to find parking lot, website wasn’t helpful and we couldn’t find the name of the parking lot anywhere. ended up buying parking

I was able to figure out how to use the app and I didn’t get a ticket!!!! So that’s a WIN-WIN!!!

I was not able to find the parking spot using the directions from your website. After driving around the block a few times, the address did not exist. I ended up paying to park somewhere else. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

I was given the incorrect address and struggled to find where I was supposed to park.

Website wouldn't process so tried the mobile app. It too kept failing. Eventually double billed. Broken window glass everywhere very reassuring.

Their signs said daily max of 7.50 charged my card 14.38. Emailed them and they said would reach out shortly, no response. Avoid this scam. They are why people avoid downtown.

I never know what the rates are going to be when I park. They will fluctuate from $7.88 one week to $10.88 the next week, this does not allow me to budget properly. I work downtown 1 week day only and was told that if there was an event the rates change. There are times the rates are higher and there is no event. I usually get there early, but that doesn’t seem to matter.

It was a little difficult to get set up, for some reason it wouldn’t take my information I had to put it in a couple of times but eventually it took. It is easy to use after that. I enjoy having an app to pull up and pay.
