I paid for parking in advance but when I arrived the attendant would not let me park and was very rude when telling me it was reserved parking for veterans and employees of the federal building. I confirmed the address with him and tried to relay my ticket number while showing him the receipt and he would not even look. I won't be using parking.com in the future or recommend to associates.
I’d rather hand $30 to an attendant. Faster than scanning a code and entering all the info. Plus it takes a job from someone.

The app made things easy without needing to go to the pay kiosk.
It was fairly easy…too long to get out of the lot though.

Need more signs around the parking lot, but was eventually able to use the app.
Your phone app sucks. I was trying to reserve a parking spot for the Eagles concert at 5:00pm but the app wouldn’t let me. I had to pay twice!!
Never parking with you guys again.
I accidentally paid for the parking with the wrong plate number. Not wanting to get ticked or towed I paid again with the correct plate. I called customer service the next day, I explained what happened and I had both emails with the order numbers for the 2 payments. The rep was extremely helpful and credited back my mistake. I like that you receive an email because that is what alerted me to my mistake. Very helpful in a stressful situation since the parking for the event was expensive. Would not hesitate to use this company again.
I received a "ticket" nearly two months after I parked there, followed by a letter from a collection agency the day after the ticket. They make it very hard to dispute, as they demand the receipt for proof. I asked them to prove who's car I paid for due to the CC charge from them. They weren't receptive. Luckily I found the receipt I thought I deleted. I will not park in their lots again!!!
