MY APP WON'T WORK

I enjoy this parking lot. What I don't like is that I cannot get my Parking.com app to work when I arrive at the lot.

SP+ Corporation have sent me a Parking…

SP+ Corporation have sent me a Parking Violation Notice despite the fact that I paid over and above the parking time!!! I am extremely annoyed at this. What kind of service is this? Obviously I'll be disputing it, but, what kind of customer service is this? Not cool.

Misleading/Scammy Signage

Signage says $9 all day. This implies $9 to park for the day, not $9 an hour which is what I had to pay. This feels like intentionally misleading signage, and it should be changed. Clear, obvious notification of actual pricing should be implemented.
Will never use this lot again.

$30 to park for 45 minutes

$30 to park for 45 minutes.

I had to pick someone up from the MEPS office downtown. The sign said $9 for all day parking. Upon entering the lot, there is nobody attending. You must scan a code and pay. I found a spot and pulled my phone out to scan the code to pay. Mind you, you park first then scan the code, then enter your license plate number. I wasn’t sure how long I needed to wait so I put for 2 hour parking. I thought no big deal - it’s $9 for all day, even if I only stay for the 2 hours or have to extend… to my surprise when I scanned to start payment it was $29.90. There was no options to change - it was straight up $30. Very dissatisfied but I had no other choice since I didn’t know the exact time and there was no street parking available.

Convenient

It was convenient to be able to pay online. Would be nice to have a worker present to assist people who aren't used to the process.

Historically I pre-purchased my parking…

Historically I pre-purchased my parking pass prior to arriving at your lot. I’ve sent 3 emails asking why this is no longer an option with no response. It’s a hassle and confusing acquiring a pass at the venue as I get queries about hourly versus event based rates. Also, not all of the St Louis Blues games are identified as events on the app? BTW, nothing else is going on that would cause this disconnect. So, it’s harder to do business with you currently than historically and I’m looking at options for alternate parking

I liked the ability to use my smart phone to make payment. Since the receipt is emailed to my phone there was no receipt to place on my dash. I was a little concerned about that. Otherwise the experience was great.
