I have to provide way too much info to pay for a parking spot for an hour…

Easy to use ,, send the remainder it’s awesome

The phone number on the parking instructions did not connect to help. Had to use the 800 #, then assistance was immediate and very helpful.

Taxing parking keeps poor people poor and simply puts more money into a corrupt governing system

Great location.
Easy on-line payment.
BUT, you sell more spaces than you have available. I left, came back and no spaces even though I had paid for it.
Had to pay for overnight in another lot.

Somehow, the app charged me twice so 10.30 twice for 3 hours parking. I tried to extend it but that’s not exactly how it worked out.

Felt like my vehicle was safe and had plenty of parking available but I would have preferred more space in the spot itself, some companies send alerts to add more funds electronically and that would be convenient, as well as an alert that the time was running out.

Excellent service. Very easy to make reservations. The attendants were very helpful in pointing out open parking places and the shuttle van drivers were very prompt, polite and helpful.

I pulled into a marked lot at 1st & Ash. Made multiple attempts to pay but app would not process. One error stated that "Lot is closed". The lot had no signs or barriers indicating a closure. Called the posted service# and could only reach a voicemail. Relocated to lot at 1st & Pine. Horrible design, no markings or signage, chaotic with drivers trying to figure out where to go/park.
- Simple signage or a barrier would have prevented all driver frustration.
- If you're going to advertise a service#, then someone needs to answer the phone. No one parking downtown has time to sit and wait for a callback (which never happened, btw.).

I especially like the reminder that my parking session is almost timed out and the opportunity to extend the parking session,

I payed 10$ for 2 hours, and needed 30 more mins, they charged me another 10$ for those 30 mins. Awful, ripping people off
