Issues in Completing Payment
My son drove & parked, but had issues in completing payment, even though he'd been to the same lot multiple times in the past. I had to leave the restaurant & pay due to whatever issues were occurring with your interface/software so that he didn't have to search for another parking location. Promising system that still have some bugs.

Great location!…
The parking lot was a convenient location, and it was easy paying for it on line! I was thrilled it was so easy to park during Rose Festival and reasonably priced!

everything went smoothly

If you pay all day and go out you may not have a place to park when you can back.
Over priced for all day because when you go out and come back the spot can be gone. That is not right pay for all day and then everyone fills up the lot. There should be number and once it is paid for it should be the persons all day to come and go as needed. There should be a week rate for people that need it. This lot is full all the time from 4-8 pm not sure if all those people pay that go in to eat but need to check your lot after 4 pm. Because the paid people can’t get back in.

Poor internet reception in the parking area

Overcharged with no resolution
When I completed my transaction I somehow was charged for a full day of parking when I was only there for approximately 3 hours. I ended up being charged $40 for it. Won’t park there again. Will take my chance using street/city parking.

I was over charged and have tried calling but no answer. I have also sent an email and no reply. I'd be careful when leaving my car there. The parking lot on 1st and Pine is also super tight so your car can easily get banged up
