The parking lot was where I needed one. There needs to be some line work done. The machine did not work, but going through the app it was possible to pay. Because the lines on the pavement are so dim, I saw several incidents of double parking. Glad I was able to get in.

I just want to park and pay quickly.
Not user friendly and so time consuming to park as a guest or create another account, download another app etc. Don’t make it difficult, I want to give you money but it’s not easy and the process is slow. If I didn’t love the nearby restaurant and parking wasn’t so tough in the area I would park elsewhere.

The pay station was not functioning but I noticed that it had been fixed within 24 hours after I parked. Normally I would not have used the app to pay but it was easy

2001 called and they want their user interface back
I had to register and provide my personal info to park one place one time because the machine was broken? Come on, I don't want a single serving friendship and 800 logins to live my life. If you insist I register do it through apple service so I don't have to reveal my personal info.

It was complicated, stupid and expensive
It was complicated and stupid. I spent $10.25 for one crap hour. It’s the same as a daily rate. Also I could have forgiven this if the whole set up wasn’t so stupid. Took forever to figure out the stupid text poop. I will next time leave 20 minutes early to my haircut appointment and walk the extra block to not deal with you.

I parked here for like 5 days
I oarked here for like 5 days. The machine was broken and the process online was buggy. I couldn't pay at 1 point, we emailed, never got a response and was charged 40$ while waiting for a response. Next time I'll just pay the extra to use valet

Fair Pricing
I was worried about my car being on the street in the area but everything went well and the price was pretty fair for 20hr parking.

Wrong time and overcharged the kiosk it only…
When I went to the kiosk it only allowed scanning. Other options were out of order there were no rates given.
This parking use to offer a daily parking of about $10 in the online it asks for amount of time for parking. I selected 2.5 hours. It came back to charge me $10+ and was for 59 minutes.
This entire process took too much time and did not provide me with the time nor charges I was expecting
