Parking lot felt safe and payment was easy only if you can capture the scan with cell phone. Only suggestion - could be better lighting and spaces are tight.

Easy to use app, good lot
Easy to use app. And safe week lit lot, which was nice because my battery conked out and I had to have AAA come in charge me from the lot!

Easy payment options
Easy payment options, truck didn't get window broken like last time one block away, so maybe cameras work.

We needed a spot to park an oversized and full sized pickup truck and were able to securely park in this lot. Setting things up for payment for 24 hour parking was easy and we were on our way.

Sorry- maybe the app is better but the station QR is really troublesome. I was booted from being able to pay after signing in. Had to go back to the lot to be able to pay. Well maintained space to park but the payment system was tough.

Disappointing experience
It was frustrating that my wife & I could only use the online app to pay for our parking. We were both disappointed that we had to pay $10 for 1 hour of parking on a Sunday. Our kids paid $3 for 1 hour at a lot nearby. We had already paid otherwise we would have switched lots. :(

Fairly easy to set up.
It was a fairly easy process but did take a bit to set up. We use handicapped parking and for some areas there is no charge for handicapped parking. We could not see any such information on your website or at the parking area.

Your 24 hour parking was confusing
Your 24 hour parking was confusing. It appeared to us that it ran from 5 a.m. to 5 a.m. only. We wanted to park at night around 5 p.m. until the next day about 1 p.m. when we were leaving the city, and it appeared that was not an option. For people who are challenged by smart phone only technology we found this whole experience with parking chaotic and challenging. As honored elders it was over all not a pleasant experience. If you could have phone help available that would be a bonus. Some people need people to talk to, rather than just technology.

This parking experience is a joke
Login didn't work, pricing is unintuitive and inconsistent for time periods, ongoing session only showed up after logging out but not when logged in, payment info was saved in account but parking history was not. This app was clearly ported to web from an app framework without any reasonable amount of QA

Outrageous Extension Fees
I was charged $10.35 every time I extended my stay. So I paid the same for my first 3 hours as I did for the 30 and 45 minute increments I extended. Total rip off.
I showed up
I showed up, took a picture and paid. Little expensive but thats parking in the city
