Parking lot felt safe and payment was easy only if you can capture the scan with cell phone. Only suggestion - could be better lighting and spaces are tight.

Overall it works well
Overall it works well. We park at this lot over another adjacent lot because their pay app doesn't function as well. My main complaint is that if you search by map or favorite a lot you use frequently, you can select the lot but have no option to pay by the day. (A monthly pass does not make sense for me.) I basically had to walk to the sign on the other side or memorize the lot number. Making it easier to pay would make my morning brighter.

Overpriced parking
Parking prices are sky high and there is no security for the amount I'm paying.

Extortionate pricing
Unfortunately, parking.com took my pants and pulled them down. I’ll have to remortgage to pay for 1 hour of parking
Had to pay twice
After paying for parking thru the app, I found out you still needed to put a receipt in the windshield of the vehicle. There was no way to use the kiosk to print out a ticket so I had to pay AGAIN just to have the receipt. There ought to be a way to print out a receipt that was paid for thru the QR code or by texting the number listed on the sign

I was concerned that it was just a lot and not a secured parking spot but everything went well and it was wonderful having our car so close by. We'll use you again for sure.

Easy to locate the closest parking garage, as well as to book on line. Haven’t yet used the pass will this next month. As long as there’s a place to park when we arrive, this review will remain 5 stars ⭐️
Pitiful Experience - Pitiful Customer Care
Very disappointed! Reserved parking online. Parked where I believed I was supposed to. Came out 9 hours later to find a parking violation for $40-some dollars.
1) I am from Wisconsin - have no clue how parking lots work in Portland.
2) Parking violation document said something like “Valid parking permit not displayed - Clear Dash.” This is nonsense, as I had a computer permit printed on 8.5”x11.0” paper. It was on the dashboard in proximity to the steering wheel. Apparently, it was for a neighboring parking lot. Both entrances were on 1st and Pine in downtown Portland.
3) I contacted the issuing parking lot via their website. I received no response. What you’re reading here is a response to an email requesting me to complete a survey.
4) It doesn’t take a genius to A) see a different parking lot’s Pass, see an out of state (1800 miles) license plate, and figure out an innocent mistake was made.
5) It doesn’t take a genius to fill out a citation accurately, being fully able to see an 8.5”x11.0” printed sheet of paper.
Park downtown at your peril. Expect no response from the parking firm. Expect no understanding or compassion. Instead , like me, you’ll pay approximately $13.50 for parking + a $44.00 fine to park 9 hours.
Outstanding service
Outstanding service. Location was ideal. Allowed for easy planning when traveling to a new city. Informed the Condo to tell other out of town visitors. Half of the fee for the Condo. Will definitely use next time I visit Portland, Or.
