The need to enter a credit card on a…
The need to enter a credit card on a smartphone or to even have a smartphone to park is ridiculous. You charge insane prices ($10 for 2 hours!!) and you have eliminated the jobs of parking attendants so your costs have dropped. Pass that savings along. I will never park in that garage again.

Close to our hotel
Close to our hotel (Residence Inn on Champa, Denver) and much less expensive. The easy in and out with the saved card and plate was a bonus.

Easy to navigate website. Was able to get a better deal here (via Dollar car rental) than through other traditional sites (Orbitz, Travelocity, Kayak etc)

I was parked for less then 2 hours and you charged me $20! Also no where were prices listed that was easy to spot if it was listed. it's highway robbery. I was a new one time user. you lost me forever....
