It was almost impossible to get out of the parking garage. I had to show my parking symbol for about 10 minutes, uninterrupted before the gate opened while a row of about 10 cars waited behind me. What kind of service is that?

Prepaid online but the system would not take the code. Service number was useless. Ending up double paying. Won't be using them again.
Great Rates, App needs some work
Great Rates. The app is awful, my reservation has only pulled up 1/3rd of the time. Luckily the emailed barcode is great! Really wish you would integrate with my Commute FSA account (Wage Works) - it is rejected by them. I have to manually submit the expenses.
Love the prices, improve your app or new people dont waste your time downloading it.

Had Problems!
While the parking lot in Denver ultimately accepted the $20 prepayment that I made to parking.com, things did not go smoothly. The parking lot did not have an attendant and did not have a scanner at the gate for checkout. I had to press a call button and wait for someone to come on. I had to explain to her what I was trying to do, give her lots of codes, and eventually she opened the gate so that I could leave. By the time I left, there were six more cars backed up behind me - probably those drivers were very upset!!!
Forced to double-pay
I paid through the Android app, but the garage's ticket scanner wasn't able to scan the app's QR code. With my car trapped and no human attendant in sight, I was forced to double pay to escape the garage.

Really bad
Really bad. There is no instructions to tell you how to scan your scanner on your email. I ended up having to buy a ticket. I paid $40 for the ticket and $20 for the online parking. When I tried to call to ask for help I got not answer, and there is nobody around to help. Not happy at all will not be using this service again.
Easy reservation... execution not so much.
Although easy to find and purchase parking reservation, execution at reserved garage was not.
Had my printed pass as well as in my Apple Wallet and NEITHER would scan at the entry turnstile.
Luckily the call-button-attendant at The Q Downtown Denver let us in and then later allowed us to exit by verbally giving the reservation number.
We actually purchased two reservations as we had two cars and that car’s reservation had the same issue.
The Q stated they could not find the reservation but they took our info and allowed us to leave without any additional cost.

My printed QR code did not work which delayed my arrival. The whole reason I reserved parking was to save time and instead, it took longer and left me stranded with a line of cars behind me at the entrance.
