Automation has its problems.
Honestly, we pulled into the wrong garage in Denver, attempting to park in our hotel’s garage. That mistake cost us $10.50. Had it not been an online system, a friendly attendant would have pointed us in the right direction. I was annoyed at the $.50 service fee for absolutely no service. Isn’t that the point of a do-it-yourself system?

Mostly Great!!
The price was right, while the lot was tight there was plenty of parking. Getting in and out of the garage was easy. The elevator however, was a mess! It didn’t recognize you were in it so the door wouldn’t close and then when you’d get out to jump back in, it would beep loudly at you and the door would close fast. This wasn’t a huge deal bc I was with someone at all times, if I wasn’t thought I would be nervous. Also I didn’t notice mirrors as you exited or approached the elevator hallways which also, had I been alone would have made me fearful.
