Very complicated system to use
Very complicated system. I was unable to log out after the 1 hour and 30 minutes I signed up to park. The only option I was given was to extend my parking time. The parking attendant was clueless on how to use the system herself. She gave me the email of the parking manager who never replied my email anyway.

Too complicated, too expensive
It was extremely complicated. Lots of us older folks had to help one another figure it out AND....It was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! More than $8 for a 3 hour native Hawaiian event. Kama'aina can't afford this kine pricing.
