Parking was fine
Parking was fine. The sign that the QR code is on is about 7 to 8 ft high and difficult to scan. There should be a sign that is easier to read and closer to average folks eye level

Easy to locate one block off 15th ave, will alternative alley access. simple instruction and signage was easy to spot. applying to park was quick and easy. Great exp. and a decent day rate.

Complicated parking system
Our experience was good.
I watched several elderly clients have questions how to pay for parking using your blue sign and QR code.
I helped one couple.
When I was in the lobby there was no less than 4 people asking the receptionist how the parking works.
All she said was, "I'm not trained to help."
