nice and easy to use

Easy enough to manage. First time user and did not expect to need to go back to the vehicle for the license number, but smooth enough operation.

It would have been nice to receive an email receipt.

It was easy to use the QR code and put in my information. However, the sign said patients could only park in stalls # 13 to 24 and there were no markings on any of the stalls to know what # space you were in.

I scanned to connect with parking.com, entered my license plate, etc. — and instead of acknowledging my purchase, the menu reverted to the beginning and had me go through all the steps again. This time, there was a message acknowledging my purchase. Fine. BUT— It turned out I had been charged twice!

Didn't charge me at all for a brief stay.

Your site makes it difficult to understand WHAT you are paying for. I paid over $34 dollars to park for two hours. Apparently my choices were not in hours but in days.

It made it easy to pay in the app and the notification to pay for more parking time was a great convenience. I like the parking app.

There was no indication that my payment was successful and complete. Therefore, I paid twice and gave up.

This is a real punk sucking outfit. I parked less than one hour (1 hour supposedly free); but still had to pay $7.

The App is not very intuitive to use.

Since I’m a low tech kind of person, it took me a little time to go through all the steps and was a bit late for my appointment. Other than that it was okay. Many times I would like to be able to use just cash for people like me who are older and don’t have a lot of understanding of technology. Anyway it was fine after I figured out the steps.

I had to pay more during my stay. I wish I could oat after versus before. Paid $5.00 when we weren’t there that long. If you timed in in app and then timed out the true cost would be there. My first time and it worked but not even sure I did it right. But had to pay up front.
