Parking is right by the entrance to the Kaiser Permanente optometry building. Very convenient. I was fortunate to get the last spot available in the middle of the day. Online payment is clumsy. Err... See more

TOO hard to understand
TOO hard to understand. How do I know how long I'm going to need parking, when I'm visiting the emergency room/urgent care????????????
Why not cameras at surface lots??
Easy
Quick and easy, simple way to pay via QR and less stressful if paying virtually. Must be techy for people to understand lol.

Doi wish parking was free?
Doi wish parking was free? Of course! However this was so easy and I appreciate the both updates about how much time I have left and the ability to add more time if I need to m

its easy to press the wrong time and hard to retrieve and change
Safe Parking
I like the fact that you remind when the parking is ending. You give enough time to re-up or move if you need to.
I should not have been charged to park…
I should not have been charged to park in that lot.
The directions were unclear as to what to do. The pay to park that I've used in other areas don't charge you if you shouldn't be charged. had to sign in register that I would be parking for what I felt would be 1 hour max. The parking was supposed to be free for anyone parked less than an hour and I was still charged.
IT WAS DREADFUL!!
IT WAS DREADFUL!!! The unexpected new parking process when I was late due to traffic was a nightmare. The code was so far away it was nearly impossible to read it with my phone. Then I had to juggle several items to get my credit card out. What about people who don’t have a Smartphone? Change this system out for ticket machines same as in use all over Seattle.
I’ve never seen a parking pay system…
I’ve never seen a parking pay system done online like this, and did NOT like having to put my personal info into an unknown system. I wasted time driving around looking for pay kiosks, before even noticing one of the signs, and figuring out those parking areas were open for patients to park in. I submitted my cc info, hoping that this was legit, but I’ve also been expecting to see someone drain my bank account.
NOT a fan!
The website is difficult and cumbersome. The app isn’t much better. I have a brain injury and this company by far had had the hardest way to pay.
I also have issue with companies moving to QR codes. Not everyone is under 35.
And seriously, not even Apple Pay as an option?
Ease of app use
Ease of app use. And then the notification that I was near to expiring. Very helpful.
I like that there was ample parking…
I like that there was ample parking space but would be nice if there was an app
room for improvement
extending time was easy but if time expires even by seconds you have to start process all over again, which for me meant going back outside hospital on rainy day just to scan QR code. maybe if you create account it’s easier but who wants more entanglement with datasucking companies?
It was the first time I ever paid for…
It was the first time I ever paid for parking like this and it was super easy. I am 73 and into digital paying on the phone. Thank you.

Disappointed
My first time using it , after I paid it tells me that it will send me an receipt through my email, but I never got it ! And I asked through support team, but never got an answer. So disappointed. I needed for claim my business. Only the receipt is valid not the credit card.
Convenient
Convenient. I liked the text updates and ease of adding time while we were still in Kaiser ER.
A "warning" citation was nice, but...
Getting a "warning" citation was nice. On the other hand, when you have to get your cancer patient mother into her appointment ASAP and need to put off going through the semi-lengthy process of paying for parking at the hospital for 5 minutes while you get her up to her appointment, and then coming back to do the payment process as quick as possible, and still getting a ticket immediately seems cruel and greedy.

I'd rather use the drop box for a cash payment. Since this is near a hospital/medical center, there are older people who don't like/unable to use a cell phone for payment. It also took too much time when trying to go to a medical appointment. It would be better to have the option of cash or pay with a credit card with the cell phone.
Super easy to work with the payment…
Super easy to work with the payment machine and got a thoughtful text letting me know when my time was about to expire and would I like to add more time.
My car did not get registered when it…
My car did not get registered when it came in. But I tried to register it and left it thought I was coming in to park not leaving.
The system did not know that I came in. The system thought I was entering when I was trying to leave.
